We had a great time. Excellent oceanfront view. Loved that the beach wasn't crowded. The condo had everything we needed. Great place to stay.

Not what is listed

The details are correct about the rooms and size of place, but the advertising about the pool was incorrect. The pool is not available until April. Also, the master bedroom window is broken and the first bedroom has a bed with very weak supports. Even though this was the case there were no discounts or solutions to that of having kids and no pool, unless we wanted to relocate, but that was way too inconvenient since there were 5 kids present. I just wanted you to be aware before you rented this place. The view is amazing, it was clean with no bugs, but you can’t put the air conditioner below 72 degrees because of condensation. It is cheap to rent and close to the beach as well which were bonuses with kids.

Lovely vacation

Clean and comfortable, great ocean views. Easy walk down to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc for cooking.

Great location

Great location, walkable (1-2 mi) to some restaurants and shopping. Nothing super close. Apartment has a great view of beach, spent a lot of time on the patio. My only gripes are it could have been cleaned better and the pans were not in the greatest of condition but worked.

Beautiful location

The property needs maintenance buildings around it was maintained daily, saw one woman once taking care of trash cans in garage area but that was it. The unit was so cold and unable to adjust just made me ill, from going hot to freezing. Stove was horrible, mold in shower in master bedroom. Red solo cup on balcony with cigarette butts in it. We don’t smoke, so not ours. Someone got sick in pool so unable to use it for 3 days, try that with a little one who was afraid of the waves. Thank You to the rental office who gave us passes for another place to use, and it was gorgeous, but the space was nice and we just made do, just fixed breakfast in the mornings and no other cooking

Great Location

Great location. House keeping was something to be desired. Facial hair in sink around the faucets. Sandy floors and long clumps of hair under the furniture. Air leaking around tge rear sliding door in master bedroom. Went to walmart and bought some insulation tape to fill the gap. Need to remove one parking area next to elevator entrance and the exit area coming from beach to make room for guest with beach equipment and luggage. Overall I would stay again.

Do not stay here

We checked in to filthy floors and countertops and had to clean the condo our first day there. The furniture is stained and gross and the ceilings and bathroom have mold growing on it. This is likely due to moisture from the patio door that was not sealed properly and created an obnoxious “whistling” noise. We had to call emergency maintenance when the vents started dripping on to the beds. When he arrived we told him about the shower doors glass being completely off its hinges and an injury risk for the small kids staying in that room. That issue was ignored until our second to last day at the condo after contacting the office for a second time. My daughter had to treat her asthma with nebulizer treatments nightly due to the black mold causing exacerbations. I, myself, woke up with a swollen face 3 days due to the environment as well. We desperately tried to find another location to stay but nothing was available. So we avoided the condo as much as we could. I would never recommend this location to anyone and wish I had read reviews before booking our stay.

Beautiful view!!

The view is stunning, the location is perfect. The unit is very clean, would like to see the rental management be a little more respectful to the property owner. There were minor issues repoted at the end of our stay and the rental office did not serm to care, makes me wonder how many other times things are reported and ignored. Overall it was an excellent vacation.

Party on the Beach

I surprised my Hubby for his birthday with 3 of his best buddies from HS. Each couple had their own room and then could gather in the common area in the dining area, Living room or balcony to hang out together. It was great so no stress for going places, people could get up and go to beach while waiting for others to wake up...or showering to go out. The North Myrtle Beach Realty was SUPER AWESOME in helping me pull off this surprise. This was my first VRBO experience and it EXCEEDED my expectations! Loved it... definitely would do it again!

Girls Long Weekend

Can’t beat the views of the ocean from the balcony. Although a narrow balcony, there were plenty of chairs for viewing the sunrises and sunsets. Kitchen was fully stocked and there is a good size dining table for eating and playing games. Cleanliness was good but maybe the floors could be mopped a little better. Also let management know that the sliding glass door to balcony from living room needs an adjustment. I could not get it to align up to lock the door during our stay. The latch handle was also broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The area is so convenient to restaurants and entertainment.

Great space!

This four bedroom, three full bath was great for our group of 5 women! It was very easy to get down to the beach and close to basically everything (including Barefoot Landing). The only 2 negatives I saw were the floors looked clean, but the bottoms of our feet were very dirty and I would have liked the kitchen to have storage containers with lids for leftovers. But overall a great place!

Everything was great and as described. Overlooks the beach and an quick walk. Easy to get to the boardwalk and other activities. Only complaint was the floor was kind of dirty (feet turned black walking around). However,I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Everyone had a wonderful stay! Great views, plenty of parking, excellent proximity to attractions, never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage/shopping cart. However, my wife's only complaint was the limited pots & pans for cooking meals.

Family vacation 2023

We enjoyed the stay. It was a little small for all of us but we didn’t mind. It was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed for cooking at night. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well.

The property was nice, the specific unit could have been a little better. Upon arriving there was a broken receptacle cover hanging from a wire by the couch, broken flush bolts in the doors so the bathroom wouldn’t lock, some debris on the floors at the master bedroom, sand on most every floor and in beds, my daughter actually used the vacuum on her bed, the couch was dirty, the window leaked and rain water got all over our clothes in a bag in the floor, the door stop on the front door wouldn’t stay up so every time it was opened we had to bend down and pick it up to shut the door, we ended up wedging a plastic knife in it just so we could shut the door without holding the door stop up while we shut it every time we opened the door. The stove burners and drip pans didn’t seem to match, so the burners were not level. Actually had a pan slide off the burner a few times to the middle or edge of the stove, had to keep it in a certain spot so it didn’t slide The good- it was a good location, lots of activities, loved that we could watch the kids on the beach or at the pool from the balcony. We could walk to restaurants, which was nice. Parking was a little tight, but there was always an open spot. Maintenance was very nice and seemed helpful, although we only asked for the receptacle to be fixed so the wires were covered while we were there. The office was quick to respond to questions and seemed cordial. Seemed to have plenty of blankets and linens. Overall, ok.

Nice beachfront condo near shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

This is a well maintained and conveniently located condo that was perfect for our family vacation. The only thing to note you only get two parking passes, we had to leave our third vehicle at the realty office that was about 8 minutes away, but this is no fault of the condo owner. Just make sure you plan for this. Overall we were happy with our stay in this unit!

could’ve done better with my money.

dirty dishes, sheets, and pillows upon arrival. no extra toilet paper or paper towels. called in a complaint about there being bloody sheets and pillows and they told me they’d have someone there right away. not until almost 4 hrs later someone arrived. the wi-fi was very in and out most of the time. pots and pans are old and rusted, everything stuck to them… if you’re considering this place, keep looking around.
