Beach view was unobstructed...Main issues:One chair appeared to be missing a cushion.Couldnt close the lock on the sliding door.No guides to the 2 TV controls and the tv was virtually unusable without them.Balcony area was dirty...floor had not been cleaned, the plastic side table was dirty and there was a dirty folding chair lying on the floor.

First of all, if it wasn’t for the view and location, we wouldn’t even give it one star. When we entered the unit, the very heavy dining room chairs were on top of the table. The dining table was very wobbly. The furniture is very outdated, uncomfortable, and soiled. We covered with sheets so we didn’t have to come into contact. No stopper in hall bathroom sink; no dishwasher pods and just a couple drops of dw liquid to hand wash dishes; ants and spiders in master bath. Don’t waste your money!

Ideal for a "Baller on a budget." Scenic views of the ocean. Furniture was old and felt like I was visiting my Grandma in the 70's. Decent kitchen, but lacking bowls and certain utensils. Laundry was tough to access but usable. Found old toothpaste, mouthwash and dirty towels in medicine cabinet. The handles on the outside sliding doors were gone. You had to use the rusty holes left behind to close the doors. TV was good and the overall facility was decent. As the kids say, it was "meh."

I’ll start by saying the view from the condo was fantastic, and the ability to walk straight onto the beach from the condo was great. Check-in was super easy and Brad was very responsive. His directions were very clear. Initial walk thru of the condo: the bathrooms were clean, linens are thin but clean, and overall, the place is very “okay” for the price. We weren’t expecting top notch quality, but the condo is very outdated, and falling apart in places. The mattresses are very low quality. The kitchen was clean, however, the pots and pans, and utensil drawer weren’t clean at all with no real way to clean any of them. The cold condo pools were very nice, however, the heated pool and lazy river had cigarette butts, trash, and so much dirt and sand in them so be enjoyable. Overall, we had a great weekend with the family, and this condo has incredible potential. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to it.

Very nice accommodations with perfect views from balcony. Your choice of pools and spaces at the beach. Condo had well used furniture but was clean overall. Bedding and linens were fresh. We had a great time of relaxation and sun. Thank you.

great location, great communication, not clean enough for us

Right on the beach with beautiful views from comfortable balcony. Great location close to Barefoot Landing. Great beach. Excellent responsiveness from owner/manager. However, the building itself is old with grimy carpeting in places. The elevators are not air-conditioned. The unit itself and the furniture in the living room and dining area show signs of wear and years of grime in some places. There was actual dirt under the couch and stickness on a night table shelf. We had to scrub the balcony chairs and table before we could use them. Yes, it's the beach and we were expecting Ritz Carlton luxury, but I would never stay here again.

The location was good and the pool facilities were nice. We asked for an early check in which we got at an additional cost of 60. As soon as we checked in, we could see the dirt on the floor. It turned the bottoms of our feet black. We were told that we must’ve tracked in sand, but this was much more than sand and we took pictures of how black the bottoms of our feet were. Also, the air conditioner barely worked. We did receive a quick response and we were told that a technician looked at it and that there was nothing wrong. The entire week we were there the temperature Did not go below 75 and the humidity ,since we had our own thermometer, did not go below 70%. Yes it was very hot and humid outside but a working air conditioner should do a better job at keeping it cool and keeping the humidity down. after the initial response regarding the air conditioning, we sent multiple messages and pictures of the filth in the condo and we never received a response. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service and the cleanliness and will never return to this condo. We are requesting a refund of the cleaning fee since it was not clean. We should also get a partial refund of the amount we paid for the week since we never felt cool and we had to buy our own fans and our own mops to be able to walk around barefoot and not get our feet dirty.

Needs an upgrade

Stuffed chair was broken down.Couch was worn and dirty.Carpet was worn with dus bunnies attached and dirty floors.No sink stoppers in kitchen sink.Cobwebs above sliding doors.Sticking and swelled doors with rusty hinges.There were several other things, but you should have the picture by now!

Spring Vacation for 3 generations of adults

View and location is worth this unit! My mother was recovering from surgery and my husband is handicapped but able to walk and both were able to get around well. Large, oceanfront balcony. Beds for 6. Multiple pools and hot tubs and easy walk to ocean. Barefoot Landing and outlets are short drive and uber from airport was reasonable. Owner very responsive, elevator very fast. Senior parents report breakfast buffet delicious. We bought a non-stick skillet and spatula and were able to eat on site most of the week. Could have used a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Recommend a having a car. Plan to book again.

Nice stay with a great view!

Family of 4 stayed here for an extended weekend. The big plus is the extended balcony that extends from the living room to the master bedroom. When we're weren't on the beach we still enjoyed the view. The location also includes additional pools and hot tubs for its guests. We found easy access to everything in North Myrtle Beach from shops to food options of all types. Overall, comfortable space, but a little wear and tear, but kinda expected for beach rentals. The hosts are very responsive and communication with us was excellent.
