Nice touches like starter pack of dishwashing and laundry soap, hand soap at every sink, and toiletries in each shower. Also, extra trash bags and toilet paper was nice. But the listing says heated pool, and that was not the case. We booked this property based on the heated pool, knowing that the end of October would be too cold to swim in the ocean. After we realized the pool was also cold, we asked, and were told the hot tubs were the heated pool. Had some disappointed kids on fall break who had wanted to swim.

Family Vacation 2023

Clean room. Beds comfy. Spacious unit. Access point to beach if using a cart is not great bc you have to walk in the road briefly. AC unit went out twice in 4 nights. Staff quick to respond and repair and friendly about the entire situation. Room has ceiling fans in all areas which helped during times AC out. Enjoyed the stay. Unit needs a blender for smoothies!

Absolutely loved our stay.

I did message property management a few times and never got a response? Out of our own stupidity we were locked out of the building for almost an hr untill someone else came by with the door code. We ethier missed the code in our welcome package and didnt realize the 4th floor didnt require a code to enter for elevator use. Im giving a 5 star on all but wouod like to know for future reference who tk contact. Contacting through vacasa got us no response even when using the VRBO app still no response.

Great location/large unit

Our family loved the openness of this 3bd/3ba condo with a huge ocean front balcony. The kitchen and dining table are large, the beds and furniture we’re comfortable, and the beach access can’t be beat. As of our stay, the 5th floor pool was closed, but we enjoyed the ground floor pools. Bath towels were adequate, but there was only one kitchen towel. We would stay again, the checkin process was very simple.

If the price is right will visit again.

First of all the room was really nice only thing I can say bad is both sliding doors are really hard to get open. The room was clean however apparently the jaccuzie tub jets got overlooked in the cleaning process. Decided a nice hot bath would be nice turned on the jets and instantly smelled mildue followed by little pieces of black stuff floating all around me in the tub. But averall the room was great. The resort however needs some maintenance done the indoor pool was closed due to leaking pipes the lazy river was green and one of the hot tubs stayed cold. Holes in the walls and exterior door locks were messed up. Was able to find one luggage rack with a flat tire. Instead they had old shopping carts.

Not the cleanest

I always sanitize everywhere I go, I sprayed the floors (kitchen, living-room, bathrooms) and the rag was black after cleaning. There were a pair of bedroom shoes left under the table so apparently the housekeeping didn’t vacuum the carpet or they would of seen them. The toilet in the third bedroom rocked back and forth.

The property did not disappoint. We loved the easy beach access, Lazy River and pool area. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. My only complaint was the dryer taking several cycles to dry our clothes.

Nice weekend

Property is pretty nice. Pool is ok. Location to the beach and the view was great. Condo was very clean and nice and exactly how it appears in pictures. Location is good but very little to do or eat thats walkable.

Great unit, great location, building leaves a bit to be desired

The condo is lovely and the view is phenomenal. The space worked perfectly for our family of five. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a little. The pictures and the 360-degree tour give you a great idea of what to expect inside. Hearing the ocean through the open patio doors is heaven. Cable tv and Netflix worked well, and there are DVDs available for checkout. The balcony is accessible from both the front bedroom and the living room and had plenty of seating. The downside to this stay were some building issues: a shattered door greeted us when we drive up and wasn’t fixed during the week we stayed, the lazy river is roped off with caution tape and a board across it and also wasn’t fixed, building cleaners and others were working in common areas with no masks (and one tried to ride an elevator with my son and I before coughing violently after we said no), a barking dog on the next balcony interrupted the peace for a half hour at a time most days, and the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke periodically drifted over to our balcony, driving us indoors. All in all, it was a good value for us. The unit is really heaven. But if you’re looking for a luxury stay, the building is definitely not that.
