Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.

Love Shorehaven complex

We had a great stay and enjoyed the condo. Check in was easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Our family has been coming to SH for over 20 years. It was typical setup as others in the complex.Few issues to manage. One of the vertical blinds had multiple broken pieces and they fixed it first thing next morning by changing it out to a curtain. Much appreciated. I overlooked in the listing what was included for linens, there are no bathmats. Minor inconveniences.Management was always quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Peaceful

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect the house was very clean. The water pressure was so good in the shower. The pool was not over crowded AT ALL. The communication was great we did have a smoke detector beeping was taken care of very quickly. It was just a very peaceful restful trip. We will be staying again many more times.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with a nice view of the lake behind where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee! The unit is very nice, clean and relaxing! We were sad to cut our vacation here short due to hurricane Helene making its path to our home. Host was easy to work with and always answered any of my questions fast. Will definitely want to book this condo again!

Great beach vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook, and the location was so convenient to the beach, shopping, and activities. We all commented that we would love to come back here again!

This was the perfect option for a small family of 4. It was a short 7ish minute walk to the beach everyday and only a 2 minute walk to the nice pool in the evenings.

The condo was perfect! We loved the location! The beach access is pretty much right across the street. I only gave the location / neighborhood 4 stars due the fact that golf carts are not allowed in the complex. That wasn’t a deal breaker for us since we were only staying the weekend. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Everything in the condo was in great condition and clean. We had no problems except using 3 remotes to get the living room TV to work. Also, one bedroom TV cable box was unplugged.

Exactly what we hoped for and more!

The property is exactly what is pictured on the website. Beautiful furnishings that are tasteful yet minimal to allow for your items. Great location for easy parking and access to the pool and beach. ALL of the furniture, inside and outside, are in great shape, are comfortable and clean. The showerheads are the best! We travel a lot and these were by far the best surprise. We had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to return here as much as possible.
