A Good Call

I can honestly recommend this condo.This unit is close to the elevator, which made coming and going quick and easy.The view off the balcony and bedroom was perfect!The mattresses could be a little better, and getting over the sand dune proved a little difficult for some family members.

Amazing place to stay!

This spacious condo was perfect for a day at the beach. Although we had a few days of rain and clouds, we could enjoy the view from the balcony. It was as listed. There was a closet of beach accessories, which made the stay even better! Plenty of supplies were provided. There were ceiling fans and extra fans in every room. We never heard any neighbors. The WIFI worked well. The beds were adequate. The pillows could be upgraded, but we brought our own. The one bed squeaked, so we put a pillow behind it and it was quiet. My only complaint is that at first glance, the place seemed clean. The tubs, counters, and toilets were clean; however, there was dust on the wall art and bathroom lights. A little dusting would go a long way. The curtains in the living room were molded at the bottom. The building staff kept all areas outside clean. There was someone always cleaning. I was impressed. We felt safe entering and exiting the building. Everything was well lit. The walkway to the beach was a bit steep, but my 70 year old parents with limited mobility could navigate it even though it was a bit tricky. The beach was kept clean, and beach patrol came by often. The pools were amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing time away, book this condo.

Great Location

Overall good Kitchen cabinets a mess, difficult find anything without all that was inside falling out at you. Beds not the most comfortable Floor was a bit sandy upon arrival

Don’t Look Any Further

I have been to many VRBO locations, but this one exceeded my expectations. If you have a touch of OCD like I do, then you need to look no further. From the moment I opened the doors, it was obvious that the owners of this condo really understand the meaning of First Class maintenance and presentation. The 3 full bathrooms were perfect for my party - allowing privacy for us. The owners did not cut corners on this condo. We will definitely come here again later this year and I can stand firm on this review because I am overly confident that you choose this property, you will be leaving a similar review yourself!

Exactly as described. It is definitely in NORTH Myrtle Beach so just be aware of the location. Otherwise, everything was great.

First off the check in is very confusing because there is no check in. This condo was not clean. Everyone’s feet were black from floors, sand on furniture, mold in shower and blinds were filthy. When you pay the high cleaning fee and this is what you get it’s very disappointing. We did not have Internet and they tried to fix it but then it was out for the rest of trip so don’t bother bringing any streaming devices for tvs. Don’t plan on bringing a tent to stay out of sun. Even though people put 6 expensive umbrellas together to make a tent that blocks more ocean than a four post tent. Overall we had a good time with family but would probably never go back.

Great location for a beach getaway

This was a nice unit, spacious and bright for a family vacation. Our major issues were blood stains on pull out bed sheets, mold on one of the bathroom shower curtains and MAJOR wifi issues. We reported the wifi to the property manager but our case was closed because the "unit checked out fine" before we arrived. With no wifi, we could not use the television. After multiple calls, the property manager did contact the service provider but ultimately this wasn't until day 4 of our stay. Despite these concerns, highly recommend if you're looking for low key, easy beach access and pool accommodations.

Had trouble getting into condo; no response from 800 help #. No internet; tvs wouldn’t work; poor cl

Poor cleaning; balcony furniture filthy; dishes in dishwasher had to be unloaded; shared bath for 4 people had 2bath towels & 2 washcloths only. Pools out of service; no parking passes left & were ticketed for parking in structure. Lights in bedroom stopped working. Knob off stove; no TP. No bath mat or stands for suitcase. Not compensated for poor experience. Donot recommend.

Literally, the condo itself was a great location. Can’t complain about my beautiful ocean view, but we had TVs that didn’t work. The floors were filthy. There was dried urine around the king bedrooms bathroom, toilet, the jack and Jill bathroom, toilet clogged and overflowed. The washer and dryer were not clean, there were oven mitts in a drawer that were caked with food, and when I say that the floors were dirty, I have pictures to show the bottom of my granddaughters feet just from walking from one end of the condo to the other. Very disappointing I will certainly never rent , this condo again, nor will I ever recommend it. And I will certainly be doing more reviews on it as well.

Paradise

After taking over an hour to get into the property, it was wonderful. The view was fantastic and property was near our family. The toaster did not work well and took forever to toast an English Muffin. Other than that, everything was great. I do feel there should be a notebook giving details of the property-wifi password, TV usage, places to visit, details on checking out so we don't find those after we have left.

Cherry Grove Beach holiday

Wonderful experience and location. Hope to return to same unit in the near future. Would like to have known that we didn’t need our beach chairs or boogie boards. Floors were swept but obviously have not been actually cleaned. Beautifully appointed and stocked with all necessities. Thank you owners for sharing your roomy paradise
