Welcome to Sea Shell, Unit 2 at Sea Breeze Bungalows! This bright and beachy bungalow is one of THREE separate 2-bedroom vacation units under one roof. Each unit is privately rented and includes its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.



IMPORTANT: The ONLY shared areas are the parking area and outdoor picnic/fire pit area. Everything inside Sea Shell is exclusively yours.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking home.

*Pet Policy: Dogs only, no other pets allowed.

*Dog Policy: Maximum 2 dogs 30 pounds or less each or 1 dog 60 pounds or less..and they stay for free!

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Parking available for 2 vehicles

*Golf carts are allowed. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, and campers are NOT allowed.

*Washer/dryer located in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Located right in the southern end of North Myrtle Beach, there are tons of restaurants nearby - from fine dining to casual burgers and seafood, as well as restaurants & bars on the waterfront!  Enjoy attractions, golf, shopping and more...all minutes from your door.



Getting Around:

Free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Plus, Uber/Lyft are fast and affordable.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 21. Guest age 21 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
