We had a blast at The Havens! Plenty of room and being right across from the pool was a huge bonus! Already planning on going back next year!

Beautiful Area

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice. Plenty of space in the condo. Loved the screened in porch. The pool across the road was not busy. Would recommend it to anyone who is okay with not walking to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo property was very nice, but the unit was described as a 2bdr, with 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms had a full size bed, for 2 adults to sleep on. This was extremely disappointing and very uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Family Vacation

This is a very nice property the listing is very accurate, the management staff was very helpful and courtesy. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the condo. We found random hairs all over the place to include inside the refrigerator this is very unfortunate because we had to clean the entire condo before venturing out for the evening. I would suggest a better cleaning staff prior to future visitors staying.

There were plenty of hand and dry/big towels. I would recommend supply the unit with a few more wash cloths. The pool is very close and right across from the unit. It was also nice that we were able to use the pool and hot tub at the Barefoot Resort.

Beautiful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property, good location to North Myrtle Beach attractions. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Got complaints of a noise violation after we were all sleeping, suspect related to a noisy ice machine, but unsure. Would recommend some sort of "owner's manual" regarding routine procedures, for instance, where do we take the trash out, and how to work electronics. I am not sure the air conditioning was working in the middle bedroom, though the last three days of our trip the weather was mid-30s overnight, so it was only an issue for the first two nights. The middle bedroom bed was also fairly uncomfortable, but that may just be personal preference.

It was ok but not as clean as we had hoped especially the master bath.

Large unit that met our needs for the week. It was not as clean as we are used to when renting especially the master bedroom/bathroom. The bed in the middle bedroom was so firm it was literally like sleeping on a brick. It was terrible! We would definitely rent in the Barefoot Resort again just not this particular property. Also, we were surprised by the lack of communication prior to our visit. I booked online, signed the contract and paperwork sent to me and then never heard from them again. I knew nothing about the location/address of the unit and how to check-in after hours (we had a late flight). Finally the day that we were to check in I emailed the property manager and had to request where to go and what to do when we arrived. When renting, I’m accustomed to receiving that information (without having to request it) a few days prior to our arrival. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but it was just an OK experience.

Great price for a great vacation!

Their are a few stains and rips in a few spots we noticed before setting in but overall its a beautiful and well priced stay!
