The condo has an amazing view and was very spacious for our group of five. We really appreciated the easy access to the beach, which made our stay more enjoyable.However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness upon arrival. The floors didn’t appear to have been swept, and several cabinet and refrigerator handles were greasy or sticky. I also found hair in the master bathroom tub, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned.It would have been helpful to have a broom and dustpan available, especially for cleaning up sand throughout the week.Additionally, the bedding could use improvement. The king-sized bed only had two pillows, both of which were old and flat. While we did find extra pillows in the closet, they were stained and there were no extra pillowcases provided. I ended up having to buy some during our stay.Overall, the location and space were great, but a few updates and more attention to cleanliness would make this condo a much better experience.

Great view wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful as the unit was clean and spacious - and there were indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, as well as being on the beach. We loved it and communication was fantastic. We’ll definitely book again!

Beautiful condo

This condo was even better than we expected. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The views were exceptional. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The building was also very nice and well maintained. Would highly recommend this unit.

Clean and wonderful view

Perfect for family gatherings since two of the bedrooms have king size beds - (which is hard to find). Clean and roomy. Nice amenities. Would love to see the bedspreads and blankets updated as they are way old and out of style- look icky- but that didn't bother us as they were clean- we just took them off and folded them into the closets. Wonderful property and definitely recommend it.

Nice stay

Nice stay at Seaside, afew dislikes, suppose to be smoke free building, couldnt sit on balcony, because of smoking neighbors, doesnt go well with asthma. Tv remote issues and old stove capabilities.

Amazing

Great location amazing view. Only issue was the sheets for the master bed were to small and would not stay on the bed. The bed was king size and the fitted sheets were seemingly fitted for a queen. Overall amazing. Would recommend

We have stayed at various condos in Myrtle Beach over the last 20 years. The condo at Seaside was exceptional, especially the panoramic view through the windows! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

AMAZING!!!!

What a great vacation! The pictures do not do this condo justice....the views are fantastic! There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. When it was to windy or raining, it was so nice to have such a great view to watch the storm rolling by & the waves crashing to the shore. Besides, the view, the condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/blender/coffee makers/hand mixer/bakeware...etc! Plenty of towels & bonus to have washer/dryer available for use. Communication with Pam was excellent...we had no issues with our stay and hated to leave. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Nice place lots of room

The area is nice. The condo had lots of room. There were a lot of check ins. And out which was a bit annoying. Cooking always set off the smoke alarms.

Great views, large living area & convenient location

We came here with 6 adults, 2 kids and a 4 month old. It was the perfect place for us. Easy access to the beach, great pool options (we especially liked that some of the pool area was shaded!), close to stores & restaurants and good parking in the garage. The condo was really nice and nothing can beat those gorgeous view. Working with Carolina Realty was also very easy & communication was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!
