- This condo is located in Tower 2, providing 5th-floor views for a more peaceful and private stay.

- The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety.

- We provide a starter supply of essentials like kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

- Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

- Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options.

- Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

PARKING LIMITATIONS:
Free parking is available in the resort parking deck on a first-come, first-served basis. Each condo is limited to a maximum of two (2) parking spaces.

Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the parking deck. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the deck. The resort may offer limited paid parking in its oversized and overflow lot through the front desk, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for any additional parking fees.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 8 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking: Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles. Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.
