We have stayed in the windy hill section for years. This was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. The condo was clean and just as described. Great ocean views and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place for our family of five! We stayed five nights. The location was amazing, it accommodated us all very well, we had plenty of space. If you stay on a Monday night be sure to go out front and watch the fireworks from Barefoot Landing. The only thing we would say could be imrpoved is kitchen gear. We did cook most meals and found there was only 1 dish towel, no oven mitts and the skillets have seen better days. We purchased our own from the store to get through the week but I wouldn't expect the best so we didn’t mind.

Hate to let the world know about this gem but…

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible oceanfront views and the peaceful sound of the waves that we could hear right from our condo. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze and waking up to spectacular sunrises over the water made each day special.The condo itself was surprisingly spacious, even more so than we expected. It easily accommodated our family of 4, and having three full bathrooms was a major bonus, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling cramped. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and fun activities without needing to drive much. It was the perfect time of year too, warm enough to enjoy the beach every day, but still before the big crowds of summer rolled in. We had the best of both worlds: peaceful mornings on the beach and lively evenings just steps away.We can’t recommend The Summit at enough and are already looking forward to our next trip back!
We had a few evenings with a full moon.
Mornings were my favorite time. Before the kids woke up.

Property nice, Property management not so much

The condo was fine. Location was excellent. We were disappointed by the property management group. Before we booked we specifically asked about the table height because we needed a standard table height. We were told it was standard. Only once we arrived did we discover that the table was not standard. It felt like they were dishonest and the table height was important to us. We still had a nice time but I feel like we were mislead.
