Will Be Back!

We absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot with kids as we could easily go from beach to pool. The condo is beautiful! The only hiccup we had was the code for the check in box did not work - thankfully someone was still at the office even though it was after 5.

Beach Vacay

The condo and location were great. We enjoyed the inside and you couldn’t get a better location right on the beach. The location we thought was where our place was in Myrtle Beach but we found the management company was in N Myrtle and only a couple miles from the condo. The instructions were confusing but once we figured it out, the rest of the stay was great

Vacation

The condo was perfect, the decorations were beautiful. The view was outstanding! Issues with checking in at the resort, we were given the wrong code to the parking garage and its not listed on the paperwork which tower to go to. Resort as a convenient location, pools are nice. Great area for kids!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed to learn the ac was out before the first full day we were there. The repairman came over after our complaint and told us the unit was low in Freon so he called a HVAC repairman in who told us the unit was not working and needed to be replaced. I called the office and asked what were our options. We were shown other units and chose one. We missed an entire day of our vacation dealing with the ac problem that should’ve been explained to us prior to arrival.

Quality Time with Family!

The condo was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous views and the comfy rooms. The property management team was awesome in addressing an issue with me being locked out. They arrived in 10 minutes flat!!! The changed the battery on the lock and were completely professional and courteous!

Very nice unit and resort. Floors need a good mopping but other than that we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pools! Would stay here again.

Toes in the sand.

Resort was clean and lots for everyone to do. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The resort even had a good restaurant.

The room and view were very nice. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. The 2nd bedroom was really small and had very little storage space. The bed frame on one bed was broken but they fixed it on the 3rd day. The 2nd bedroom does have a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. Having a washer and dryer in the room is really nice; however, the washer worked about 1/2 of the time and the dryer takes 3 90-minute cycles to get anything dry. Everything else about the room was really nice. As for the property, we loved that it was oceanfront. The beach area was pristine. The pools (and there were a lot of them) were nice, but they were a little dirty. We did stay at this property 2 years ago and the activities were very different. Before the activities were very organized and even had prizes for cornhole, the duck race, and bingo. This time, the workers seemed clueless. For example, I bought a duck for the duck race and then came to find out the duck race was an hour earlier. Luckily they eventually gave me my money back. Bingo and cornhole were set up but you can play at your leisure with your family. I will say the shows, like Funkasaurus and the Tropical Show was amazing. The workers for that were amazing. The night that the band played there was a storm coming in so they only sang for an hour. I wish they would have come back on a different night because they were really good. Also wish they had a band or dj more than 1 night. Very good property!

Great getaway!

Loved being on the 3rd floor. Using the beach access right beside us made it super easy to get to the beach with our beach wagon. No steps!!!! Room was nice and clean . Got a little noisy with the hot tubs right under us at night. But it was Spring Break, Free entertainment🤣 I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t really comment on how it was stocked..

Excellent location

Adequate space. It overlooks the hot tubs but never once was noise an issue. Elevators are convenient and fast. Check in and out is a very slight inconvenience since it’s offsite but is very close. The MANY pool options are amazing! The walk to the beach is so easy and convenient. Overall nice property

The AC was broken on the first day but he after hours process was quite seamless and fixed promptly.

The ro was somewhat outdated but overall very comfortable and nice.The tiki bar hours were pretty inconsistent, but inside bar stayed open. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I would stay somewhere else the location was great but that specific condo had issues

If you wanna cook in the kitchen you can’t just to preheat the oven the smoke alarm would go off. You can’t cook at all without it going off. We like to cook to save time and money in a trip so It was very frustrating especially with having a 1 year old trying to nap.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our Sister’s Trip so much! We loved being so close to the hot tub and heated pool! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we slept great on the beds! The sunrise was amazing! Thank you for the use of your condo!

But right under the hot tubs! Very loud and rude late teens and 20 somethings. The later it got, the louder they got. We got past it and had a good time. Thank you, would go again. Just Not On Spring Break!

Great view

Room was a little dated but clean. Needed a new mattress in master bedroom. Really worn out on right side especially! The tub in master needed recaulking. Kind of hard to sit out on the deck, people outside smoking weed constantly. Unit is part of a resort so there is always music playing not always quiet. The multiple pools were nice. Fees for any lost items were a little extreme. Such as pool passes and room keys. Parking is across the street in parking garage. We would probably stay there again.

Bay Watch has become our favorite !

We've stayed at Bay Watch resort before, but this is the first time at condo 302. Nice and clean property with a great wide-open view of the ocean. Beds were quite comfy and I really liked the floor plan of the condo. Already planned on renting the same property next year.
