THE CONDO
Welcome to Megan’s Cove, where coastal prints, a teal sofa and natural light give your beachfront stay a cheerful setting. The open-plan living and dining area leads to a private balcony with four chairs and views of the ocean, coastline and resort pools—an inviting spot for your morning coffee.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom has two queen-size memory-foam beds, room-darkening shades, two spacious closets and a dresser; the living area also includes a sleeper sofa.

THE RESORT
You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo and its private balcony, along with complimentary access to the shared resort amenities.

Self check-in uses a keypad at the condo’s private entrance, so you can bypass the front desk. Elevators serve the 12th floor, making arrival with luggage and groceries easier.

Free on-premises garage parking is included for standard vehicles. Shared paid washers and dryers are available on the resort’s “P” level; there is no washer or dryer inside the condo.

The condo`s prime location makes getting around a breeze. Many attractions, shops, and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away. For those flying in, Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is a convenient 16-mile drive from the resort.

Unit Location: This is a 12th-floor unit located in Tower B of the Beach Cove Resort.
- Host Contact: The resort`s front desk is not associated with your stay. Please direct all questions to us, your hosts, so we can promptly assist you.
- Amenity Restrictions: Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for resort owners and are not accessible to our guests.
- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the resort premises.

We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
