The view from the condo was excellent of the ocean. So lovely sitting out there in the morning, sipping a cup of coffee.

The condo complex itself was a smaller unit which we loved! Only like 24 total condos, I think. Therefore, no crowding in the beach. The condo was nice. The washer and dryer may need to be replaced soon. And the master bath shower is awkward. It’s on the smaller side. Be nice if it was bigger. Overall, we had a great trip! Would definitely come back, but I’d like to see what other units had to offer.

Amazing location, very clean, overall very satisfied. The master bedroom was very muggy because of the windows and balcony access. No black out curtains in the master bedroom, so the heat radiates through the curtains. The bright lights from the condo next door peer directly into the master bedroom the entire night. They do provide a small oscillating fan, but it just blows hot air.

Would visit again!

Clean and very roomy with comfortable bedding. First floor so often used stairs instead of the elevator which helped avoid other guests with much larger dogs. We carried our tea cup poodle. Almost perfect accommodations for the week.

Great condo!

Loved staying in this condo. Great location on beach, clean condo, well cared for, comfortable, spacious and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year!

Oceanfront Condo

This ocean front condo makes for the perfect beach getaway. It is in a great location and the condo was exceptionally clean. Jeanne was so helpful throughout the entire booking process. We had the best week and hope to return to this location next year!

Summer Kickoff

Great property and location. It was nicer than the pictures. Only recommendation would be to get to get the bedding and towels from the rental company. It was a lot to bring all of that.

Tolerable

Shocked to see metal keys with room no on the key. Everyone checks in at the same time: 4pm on Sat, that’s everyone! When I arrived at office the line was out the door to street. I know the reason this place dies any business is because it allows all pets which is why I chose it. Also 2 keys per unit even if 3 couples are in unit! This unit is ok if you are nostalgic about the 50s or 60s.

Great location

Overall the property was great. The A/C unit has much to be desired(we followed the instructions to a T) and the floor was a little gritty when we came in but other than that, the location was great and it was a nice condo unit. The other folks staying at the condo were very nice as well. Very Very dog friendly with the exception of what other reviewers stated that there is really just a very small patch of turf to take the dogs out on.

Great pet friendly vacation!

Repeat renter. Fantastic hosts. It's a great ocean front property in North Myrtle Beach. Amazing views. Walk right onto the beach, with plenty of shopping and fantastic golf right nearby. Already looking forward to next year!

Great location and unit.

Unit exactly as described. Everything worked and no issues. Perfect location and central to everything in North Myrtle beach. Building allows pets but we did not hear noise from any other unit.

Great location on NMB

Pros: CLEANEST unit I’ve ever entered! Rented linens were waiting on us at arrival. New Keurig was fantastic. Ocean views spectacular. Perfect location to NMB attractions and shopping. Unit is just like photos show. Cons: NOT a cooks kitchen. For example, no ice cream scoop and cheap flatware that cuts your lip. Tea cups galore - if you like a mug of coffee in the morning, bring yours from home. I planned three meals plus breakfast for the week and had to buy a whisk, muffin pan, pizza pan and more! Oven sets off fire alarm at each use -when nothing has burned. Always turn on the exhaust fan before, during and a bit after baking. Existing beautiful drapes allow 90% of outside lights from other buildings into each bedroom at night. No dark bedrooms for healthy sleep. BeachRetreat company uses a sticker in front windshield for permission to park at building. My window now has sticky residue I’m going to be spending my time to get off the glass. Not cool. So many other good tagging options than a sticker.

Great Location

Loved the three balconies and the spacious condo. Great spot on the beach that was not too packed at the beach. Only complaint, had to clean the floors when we got there; the floors were slick and dirty throughout the condo upon arrival.

Beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo in May. We so appreciated being able to bring our small and elderly pug on vacation with us. The condo is so close to the beach that you are virtually steps away if you need to grab something from the condo or use the bathroom. The entire property is supposed to be non-smoking, however, there were several people who weren't following those guidelines, but it was nice to see the property manager send out an email about that reminding visitors to not smoke on the property. Crescent beach was very clean, and many families were enjoying the beach or the pool. The lounge chairs at the pool were padded and comfortable. The condo's decor was a little tired, and we did have problems with the smell of pet urine, dirty tile floors, and two dirty bed comforters. We shared this with the property manager, and they offered to have someone clean the floors and they replaced the comforters. They also reimbursed us for the purchase of cleaning products to clean the floor and freshen the smell of the unit after we asked and provided receipts. We understand completely that the owners and property manager have no control of whether pet guests leave less than desirable smells, and we were grateful for the opportunity to vacation with our dog, but it was disappointing to have to mop the floors in the condo when we arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation at the beach, and had a great time.
