Nice condo, bed and furniture very comfortable. We had a few minor issues but, guest service was very prompt in addressing. Just need a few more kit essentials, new patio set and the minor issues repaired and they will be set.

Bed Bugs

The unit had bedbugs which we discovered during our first night there and were confirmed by a pest control company sent by the property manager/owner. There was no assistance regarding information with how to prevent contamination and no assistance locating an alternate property for our 10 day stay which was an ended by this. While the location is ideal, and the unit has some upgrades, it is in an older wooden building with old outdoor carpet which itself is in need of upkeep and this is not apparent on the listing. There were places with peeling paint and some small/general repairs needed. I initially was told I would not receive a refund but upon confirmation of the bed bugs, and cancelling the reservation on the first night, I did receive the refund within a few days. I’ve stayed in many rentals for the last 25 years in North Myrtle Beach and this was the worst experience. Would not recommend.

Great location and comfortable stay!

We’ve stayed in this complex multiple times. This was the nicest and easiest access experience! Communication was great once they finally got the live link to me via text for the final stage of the reservation. VRBO doesn’t send live links through the chat and you can’t copy anything using a mobile device. There were only 2 of us this time so the condo was bigger than necessary but worked well for us. If you have more than 2 the living room only has 1 sofa and a couple useless accent chairs. No ceilings fans so bring a fan if you need it. Master bed was comfy but should really be a king. There is plenty of room in the room. Master shower is great! Water pressure at the master bath sink is not good. Some maintenance items would be the toilet paper holder and cracked peeling paint in the master bath. Kitchen was well appointed for 2 people. Maintenance items would be more forks (there were only 4) and replace the VERY WORN non-stick pans (the egg pan). It’s a health and safety issue. We’ve experienced this in many short term rentals so we had our own. Looking forward to booking again!

First the address said building 6 but actual building was number 7. No one answered the call. No parking spot was available. I got warning for parking violation. Not as close to beach as said on Vrbo. Cleanliness not so great.

Had a great time! Condo was clean and neat. Check in process and check out process was easy. Convenient walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Well kept pool area. Convenient to Myrtle Beach Attractions.

Condition

The condo and the pool were beautiful. It did need updated and painting. The location was great. The floors were filthy. It made the bottom of our shoes dirty. We didn't report it because we didn't want to be bothered so we kept our shoes on. There is no inernet which caused a little extra work on our part. There was no iron or ironing board.

Great property

The condo was clean & conveniently located. Upon arrival i noticed the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken. Once i emailed the property owner it was promptly replaced. No complaints whatsoever.

This is a nice place, but it is on a busy and noisy street. It is a convenient walk to the beach. You have partial views of the ocean from the balconies.

Great place for a family vacation

We had a great week in North Myrtle Beach and we’d definitely stay here again. Location was fantastic, just across the street from the beach and just around the corner from Main Street. We had a bit of trouble finding the property at first, but that was user error. Close to restaurants and grocery (Kroger and Walmart), and minutes away from 17 so it didn’t take long to get anywhere. The condo was nicely updated and comfortable. To be fair we didn’t spend a lot of time there if we weren’t sleeping, but it was nice to be able to have dinner in and spend time playing games in the evenings. Thanks very much for a great experience and we’d absolutely come back in the future.

Great place and close to beach

Nice place. My family and i enjoyed the place. It was great having 2.5 baths as well. Weather kept us from the beach, but it was great to wake up and have a view of the beach.

Girls trip

We had a great time... the location was great and so was the condo. It was a perfect getaway. One of the "girls" is facing some challenges in the next few and we were able to get her away from thinking too much about the surgery and treatment. When we started planning this we had no idea what would be coming up, but this ger away came at the perfect time.
