Perfect

This is our second time at The Oceans, first time in this particular unit. Very pleased with everything about this condo. The location of The Oceans is ideal to everything; can walk to the grocery store, souvenir shops, restaurants, and especially the beach. This is located right on the beach!

Helpful suggestions

It would be helpful to have at least sample sizes of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and one replacement garbage bag and toilet paper roll. It wasn’t clear in the listing that the check in office is not on the property. Property was clean.

The pictures of the view on the webpage do not do this place justice. The view is incredible! The unit is really spacious for a one bedroom and it is convenient and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We just parked our car and didn't more it again until we checked out. Installing a murphy bed in the the living area would make this a 5-star for our family (sofa bed was not comfortable). We will definitely be returning!

We were moved here from another condo. Pleasantly surprised! This condo had everything we wanted less washer and dryer. Closer to the busy part of area, but was not too bad the week we were there. Noise from street is not as bad as I would have thought and crowds were not bad on beach at all. TV was not hard to figure out either. Unit is very well maintained and bed was great after a busy day and evening. Couch was wonderful and so comfy for a nap! We would defiantly stay there again.

We enjoyed the view from 815, our stay was pleasant no serious issues with the condo. There was mold on the shower curtain and the rod was extremely rusty which made it difficult for the curtain to slide back and forth. I did report it and I was impressed that they replaced both the rod and the curtain. This is our last day and woke up to a picture frame fell off the wall. The glass did not break and we were able to put it back together. We did not rehang it because it was only up with sticky tape but I will notify Elliott about it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The Romanos

Old appliances

Not really stocked with anything but plenty of silverware. Lights out in bathroom .light switches were sticky needed cleaning. Pots and pans old. Dishes are plastic. Very old unit. Appliances old the stove top was hard to use pans do t lay flat on burners . I stay at Oceans often but this unit was not the best
