A+ for spaciousness. A+ for balcony view of ocean, and pool. A+ for proximity to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. A+ for kitchen and laundry appliances.
Upon our arrival the towel bar in the master bathroom was lying on the back of the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean except the carpets which I reported upon departure. You may want to report anything like this to the rental company when you arrive. They charged me a $49 damage fee. Now, about the kitchen: the top bar in the fridge was missing, making it useless to store food there. There is a ton of cabinet space for storage and, everything is white including the counter tops. Coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee brand drip. If you plan to cook meals in this kitchen you may want to bring or buy the following: your chef’s knives, scissors, pots, pans, skillets, and a good can opener. The only things I found useful cooking was a drawer full of utensils, and a pizza pan I used to bake biscuits on.
I didn’t plan to cook a lot on this trip but, a decent knife to slice a tomato would have been nice.
The bedroom with the queen bed and private bath- there’s a trash bag covering the window facing the entrance. Thought my kids were going to have to draw straws for the other room. It’s hard to find an affordable oceanfront property suitable for our family of ten to stay together under one roof. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We did enjoy it.
