Not the best

Room was fine. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The biggest downfall was the hotel pools and hot tubs. Indoor pools were very dirty and the hot tubs were either cold or lukewarm at best. We will not stay here again.

Comfy Anniversary Getaway

The condo was comfortable. The kitchen was nicely arranged. The bathroom was roomy and I love the shelving. Points to consider: Mattresses need to be ether flipped or cleaned. Most professional people who go out of town need secure web browsing, so consider private internet access! All in all, it was exactly what we needed!

We love the ocean view from our condo. The condo was very clean and decorated in a beach theme. Beds were comfortable. Atmosphere is friendly and safe! Easy access to beach!

Mornings on the Beach

First of all very easy check in. There is also plenty of easy on site parking. The room was very clean and nice. Any appliance you need: dish, utensil, etc. is in close reach. As for swimming they got you covered. I enjoyed everything about the resort but they the best thing to me was the view I really enjoyed the early morning coffee on balcony looking out over the beach and ocean. And at night too.

Awesome view

We have never been disappointed at Baywatch in the 10 years we’ve been coming! However this time was a little irritating and to punch in a 10 digit code wasn’t the best thing either. We are hoping this will change!

The condo is newly renovated, clean and spotless. The overall facility is somewhat less and shows some age. The facility needs a place to grad a coffee and a muffin in the AM, other than a full restaurant/ breakfast buffet.

Great condo

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a long 4-day weekend. The staff at condo were very friendly and our room was very clean . The 2?different pools and lazy river are great especially if you have kids. The condo was a great set up for just the 2 of us. Kitchen was small but it was fine for just us having breakfast and lunch at condo and eating dinner out; although there was kitchen supplies in condo if you wanted to cook meals. The only downside I would say we’re the beds. There were 2 full size beds. I’m sure the owner was trying to utilize the space, but I would definitely upgrade one of the beds to a queen. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good. Resort needs full-time pool boy...

Someone must've cancelled last minute because I paid a fraction of what this unit is typically listed for per night. Overall I was satisfied with the unit. With that being said, if it weren't for the deeply discounted nightly rate, this review would have a different tone. Positives: The unit is newly renovated. It was clean. There are many pools/hot tubs to choose from. Negatives: No luggage carts to be found. Construction in the room adjacent to ours that was allowed to begin early in the morning which made sleeping in impossible. Double beds. Just put queen size in. There is 4 feet of extra floor space. Do it. With all the pools and hot tubs, the resort needs a full-time maintenance/pool boy. The indoor pool areas were dirty (the floors, especially). The pool & hot tub walls need a good scrubbing. The indoor pool and hot tubs that were in the tower I was staying in were out of order and the sign on the door signified that they had been that way for at least a month. The outdoor pools are good, but not heated and it was cold outside when I was there, so we were left to one small indoor pool, a dirty hot tub, the lazy river, and a lukewarm hot tub. The outdoor hot tubs need to be filled with more water and heated better. I enjoyed one indoor hot tub on the first night, then it was lukewarm the second night. There are things floating in the pools that need to be skimmed. With that large of a facility and that many patrons, they really need to hire a full time pool maintenance person. Lastly, 10 a.m. checkout time is ridiculous. 11 a.m. is bad enough, but 10 a.m.? come on.

Great Location

Great location with a great view of the beach. Convenient to many things. Good communication with the management on site. No communication with the owners. However this was our first time using VRBO so not sure if we were suppose to discuss anything the actual owners.

Conflicting pet policy between vrbo and vacasa

The property, location and value for money were great. Nice amenities. We chose this property to bring our pet which VRBO stated we could before booking. Confirmation Fter booking from Vacasa said no pets may 1-sep 1! We reached out and each time conflicting answers were provided. So no pet, cost us more money to board her and there were other pet friendly options we could have chosen. It’s bait and switch.
