It was close to everything we needed and had a spacious balcony overlooking the golf course too! We brought our own coffee pods, and stopped at the local grocery store for some other essentials. We were prepared and used the condo as a comfy home base when we needed a rest from exploring. Highly recommend!

The only issues were that there were a few gnats but I realized that they were just about everywhere around Myrtle Beach. If the master bed had a softer mattress and the neighbor upstairs didn’t work out at 5am every day, I would give this property a 10 easily. The property management group was extremely nice. Great customer service! Overall great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented a condo in Arbor Trace. The place was the cleanest condo we have ever rented! It was beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had lots of towels. The balcony had nice, comfortable furniture and a view on the golf course. We very much liked the fact that there was no carpet in the living room; it is much easier to keep clean ;) Communication with the people at Vacation Rentals of NMB was fantastic: the staff is available, polite, friendly , and super helpful. Do not hesitate to rent from them. We do plan on going back to the area next year and will definitely do business with this management company again.
