Excellence stay

This condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Everything you need for an extended stay! Host was tentative and available when needed. Steve was in contact the minute we booked, to the last day. Great view every morning drinking coffee. Definitely will use this again for our next trip to the beach!

Great vacation

Property was at a great location, oceanfront. Walking distance to some areas to eat and shop. Driving distance to other site seeing places like the boardwalk, barefoot landing, mini putt, other restaurants to check out. 5 mins to Kroger for groceries. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay as it was spacious, clean, well kept and accessible to things we enjoy, the beach & swimming:)

Amazing Stay!

We stayed in August 2024 and the entire process from booking request to departure could not have been easier or better. We had a fantastic week and we are already looking forward to next year. The owner was always available to answer any questions. But honestly, we really did not have to reach out for any help. The entire condominium was EXACTLY as described. No hidden surprises upon arrival at all and every area was clean and as it should be. All the beds were very comfortable. It seems silly to list comments like "clean place" and "comfortable beds", but the truth is that there are a ton of places available to stay that make you regret your choice from the first moment or the first night of your stay. This condominium is a cut above so many places we have stayed in Myrtle Beach over the past 20 years. The location is excellent and being an Oceanfront really does make a difference. No need to worry about finding a place to park to walk to the beach because you are already right there! The views are amazing! The photos in the listing really do not do the views justice. I highly recommend that this be your first choice when looking for a great oceanfront condominium in Myrtle Beach. You will be extremely glad that you did.

Home away from Home

The host is serious about hosting. Instructions are thorough and clear. The accommodations are clean and upscale. The kitchen is stocked for whatever is needed to stay in. This was not needed for us as there are numerous dining options all over. The views are expansive over the ocean east and overlooking North Myrtle to the west. The host was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the level he dedicates to being a part of VRBO. Very easy to recommend.

Incredible Beach Stay

We were blown away with the condo! It was beautiful! We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out on the beach! Some members of our family went parasailing and we were able to watch them right from the balcony! Steve was very helpful! We will definitely be looking to stay at this condo again!!!

Memorable Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay in Steve's condo. His condo is spacious, beautiful and very accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking meals in. The spa bathroom was very serene and refreshingly perfect after a long day at the beach. The balcony was peaceful and perfect for watching the waves roll in on the beach. It was great for our family to sit out there and enjoy a snack or conversation and we had many laughs out there as well. Our 20 month old grandson had a blast, as did we watching him experience his first ever beach trip. We look forward to staying in Steve's condo again in the future if we come to North Myrtle Beach with family or friends and it's available. You CANNOT go wrong with your stay in this immaculate condo and the whole process for coming and going could not have been easier or less stressful. Steve makes everything run as smoothly as possible. :-)

What's there to say, the condo is as described, beautiful, clean and awesome view... We had 6 adults and 2 children and we had a great time, we've been coming down to Myrtle for about 12 years now and this was the nicest condo to this point, thank you Steve!!!!

Early summer 2023 beach vacay

The condo is great! Super clean, nice view and we liked the neighborhood it was mostly quiet. There is a nice sized pantry for all your groceries. Steve the host was very responsive. There was plenty of storage to unpack your suitcases and just live for the week. We would stay there again!

Good location. Near restaurants and shopping.

Bathrooms need more towel hangers and taller commode in guest bathroom. Lounge chair on balcony would be great. Kitchen is well supplied.

Amazing Beach Condo!

We had a wonderful week at this amazing beach condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The spa shower in the master bath was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available to use. The owner is very easy to communicate with, friendly and so helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and hope to return.

Beach with Family

Steve was so easy to work with from start to finish. Love that there are 2 queen beds in each back bedroom (everyone commented that all the beds were really comfy). Condo clean and beautiful. Kitchen had Everything we needed to make occasional meals at home. And so many restaurants close by for when we headed out. 17th floor offers wonderful peaceful views. Perfect for morning coffee and evening while watching the ocean. Another great perk of this info is the outside storage closet. So nice to drop chairs and beach toys in there, and they have toys and chairs u can borrow to decrease your packing list. Can’t wait to come back.

Trust the reviews 100 percent..condo and the owner.

I always read reviews before making decisions on most things. Sometimes they can be trusted and others not so much. This condo is exactly as pictured and described, very clean and fresh. We are allergy sufferers so cleanliness is a must. The owner kept in contact with us on any needs or concerns we had before, during and after our trip. Highly recommend this owner. This is our first time renting at the beach through VRBO. Have used VRBO at other locations. There is one concern I would like to mention. If parking in a parking deck ascross the street from your condo is an issue this may not be the location for you. We had no problem ourselves. It does seem that others do as they park their cars overnight in the only two load and unload spaces provided. This was an issue for us in the early morning hours when we were packing to leave. My husband and I both have recently had surgeries that limited us in lifting and loading. There are not any options for parking to load when the only two spaces were taken by vehicles that refused to park in the deck ascross the street. Long story short...I ended up tripping over concrete parking curb in the parking deck for owners. Hitting face first, coming home with major injuries to my face and head. I hope that people will think about their selfishness when they park in areas designated for 15 minute parking. There is a reason for the loading zone. The owner has nothing to do with this situation. I have not informed him of this situation as its not his fault. Does not reflect on the condo in any way. I am very dissatified with the parking not being enforced. Not the owner or condo. Other resorts we have stayed in strickly enforces no parking in designated area of loading. Not so much at this property. Witnessed cars parked in these spaces the whole week we were there. Was a wonderful week at this beautiful condo with the exception of coming home with injuries due to parking not being enforced. Would recommend the condo but not the parking for loading. Also think parking curbs should be painted a bold bright color that stands out. Not blend in with the pavement and painted space. Since my injury I have heard of muliple people that have tripped and broken bones on concrete parking stops. Meanwhile I am still healing and wondering what else will surface from my fall. Thank you Steve for our wonderful week at your beautiful condo.

The best unit in Myrtle Beach

It is hard to find upscale in Myrtle Beach . this place has been one of the best places I have stayed at at Myrtle Beach ,it looks exactly like the pictures it’s fantastic very clean , check in and out process very easy stress free Steve was very exceptional in all of his detailed information that he had on the unit I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Whoever did the decorating and design in here did a fantastic job it is beautiful.

Great get away home!

Absolutely beautiful, spacious condo! Beautiful view! Storage room had everything to enjoy the beach!! Shower in master bedroom is amazing! Very clean, beautifully decorated! Steve is absolutely amazing….very quick to respond to anything needed! We loved that we didn’t need to travel anywhere else to pick up keys to check in. The only downfall was there are only 2 elevators which made checking in a bit of a lengthy process. Parking is right across the street which was great. Overall we had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful home away from home. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank Steve for everything! 5 stars!
