The reason you rent this place is for the large fabulous porch overlooking the beach! This porch is unusually large for a condo and the view was incredible, The building itself is dated and this rental needs the popcorn sealing removed to update the look. The parking under the unit was super tight! There were beach chairs, towels, lots of pots, pans and dishes just as advertised, The only thing we lacked were dish towels to dry dishes, The owner was responsive and checkin was super easy, She even allowed us to check-in in early because the until was available, The bedrooms were nice size, with very comfy quality sheets and towels. Overall this was a very nice place to stay.

This property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only negatives to it was the two flights of stairs and the very tight parking spaces. The stairs are tough to navigate with luggage and other items. Having said that the property was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony was very nice. Location was good.

Great location and very clean! The place was exactly as the photos showed. Kitchen was fully equipped for making meals. Main essentials were provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc), which made it nice until we could get to the store and stock up for the week. Host responded quickly to any questions. Balcony was the absolute perfect place to sit and enjoy the ocean any time of day or night. Pool was clean and never too crowded. The beach had a lot more broken shells than I would have liked and made it difficult to walk out into the ocean. However, the tide pools during low tide were perfect for little ones to play in. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place! We stayed for a week as part of my daughter’s basketball tournament in the area. The condo was very clean with an amazing deck and view. We absolutely loved our time here. The beach was not over crowded for June and what I would call more residential/family friendly. The closet of chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. was perfect for the beach. We brought extra not knowing but the beach stuff was well stocked. My husband and the kids bought head lights to go out crabbing at night on the beach. Also appreciated the toiletries throughout. So helpful and saved us from buying extra. Would highly recommend this listing and would stay there again! Thank you for hosting us!

Well stocked home with great ocean front view

Website description lived up to the onsite. Plenty of utensils, pans, beach chairs and beach towels. Amazing views and overall quiet neighborhood. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have a larger behicle

A true escape!

The unit was perfect for us with a nice mix of private and shared spaces. The couches were comfortable and the kitchen was well-outfitted. Little touches that many owners do not do (nice beach chairs and an umbrella, good towels and bed linens) really made it easy to settle in. Laundry in the unit was key and the pool out back was a nice respite on windy days. Then there was the beach - wide, soft and not at all crowded. We read, relaxed, walked (make sure to get up one day for the sunrise at the inlet about a mile north - worth the walk), ate and just totally relaxed. From our first communication with the owner to the last, this was a great experience. Michelle was responsive, helpful and understanding. This one is on our come-back-soon list!

Property clean and airy. Deck large with great views. Stocked with extras such as soaps, shampoo etc which was very nice. 2 sets of stairs can get tiring but we knew this in advance. Had 4 guests so had plenty of room. Perhaps check silverware drawer - not many teaspoons. Living room tv sound is not always in sync but we didn’t watch it a lot.

Great condo right on the beach

Everything was as advertised, if not better. We had an issue with cable/internet when we arrived, and Michelle was quick to respond and get it resolved. Beautiful beach views from the deck! We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious Condo with a great private deck!

Property is as described. Rooms are great because they cater to Adults with Adult children. So often you look at 3 bed, 2 bath condos and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have children's or bunk beds. The King and 2 queens was perfect for my Adult children and their spouses.. Area is quiet, rooms were clean, beach view was spectacular. Perfect week. Thanks so much!

Amazing

This place was awesome! It literally had anything you could possibly need and more. Beds were super comfy and the balcony is beautiful!! I would stay here again. My only complaint is the stair and no elevator but other than that it was beyind expectations!

Was beautiful location … the condo was very clean! We cooked a lot and didn’t have to worry about not finding the utensil or pans we needed!! The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach vacation!! The owner was very nice and did extras to help accommodate us!! I definitely would stay there in the future!

Best Beach View

This place is amazing - not only are you on the beach with a magnificent view, but it has everything you need! All the pot and pans, toiletries, laundry supplies - very well stocked. It was easy to communicate with the owners and we loved our stay. We walked the beach daily and even walked 1.3 miles to a wonderful seafood restaurant daily - Snookys on the Oceanfront - grocery is nearby - so convenient to everything we wanted. Wonderful time of year to go - no crowds, very pleasant weather. The master bed is very comfortable and all the rooms are well laid out and pleasant. We will be back!!

More than expected

We had stayed in Sand Trap Villas before, but not in this unit. It's beautiful! Because it's a B unit, it has the oversized deck overlooking the ocean, which we love! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked. Owner provided sheets and towels, which was a nice surprise. There was also plenty of beach supplies included - towels, chairs, boogie & skim boards, nets, etc. The lower rating is only due to the lack of response from the owner when we tried to check in early. I understand if it's not possible, but to not respond is poor. Would have also been better (for us) if one of the bedrooms had twin beds instead of another queen. Other than that, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was as presented, very well located, ideal size, all amenities in apartment were very convenient. This was overall very good although the fridge was dirty had to clean it ourselves and we had to get the cleaning lady to come clean all ceiling fans that were completely covered in dust (5 month old baby and wife's nose was blocked-up every morning). Except for these details it was very good. Thank you for the stay.

Great Family vacation

Our Family had a great week. We loved the back porch. Grandkids enjoyed playing cards and games at the picnic table while having a great view of the beach. Everything about the condo was as described. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again next summer.
