Stunning deck overlooking the ocean, neat, clean and well-furnished unit. Huge refrigerator & freezer. TVs in every room. More and nicer kitchen appliances, dishes and glass ware than I've seen in other places. Manager is pleasant and readily available, Top- notch!

Things I loved: fans in the rooms for circulation, VER comfortable balcony furniture, fluffy towels in the bathroomsThe ONLY thing I wish was different: a key code to get in instead of a key. We were so afraid we would forget our key inside & be locked out or lose them bc they were so small (we did end up losing one on the beach at night).Overall great place! Plenty of dishes, good location on the beach and at the condo.

Our family had an amazing time at this condo. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working. I called the manager and told her we thought it was probably just a breaker and she told us exactly where to find the breaker box and all it took was a flip of a switch. We had 8 adults and 5 kids with us all ages and everyone loved the property. The beach was absolutely amazing. Everyone kept remarking on how clean it was. Unfortunately, the lazy river was closed almost the whole week because of broken glass, but the outdoor pool was a hit! We even had a hat that got left behind and they mailed it to us. Would definitely recommend this property.

It was at the beach

The condo was waterfront and that was nice, but the entire condo was filthy, dried food on walls, baseboards covered in dirt and who knows what else. The refrigerator did not work to capacity, master bathroom didnt have hot water. This condo needs a good deep clean, especially when you pay extra for cleaning. We cleaned the kitchen before we used anything. The location was great, and we loved it being waterfront. Overall the stay was okay.

Our stay here with a big family group- 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything was clean and well maintained! This home also was easily accessible for a family member who uses a walker. Access to the pools was the best part for the kids! The beach front views were wonderful as well. Host was very quick to respond and check in on us during our stay. We will be back!!

Fantastic vacation rental!

The property is way better in person than the photos suggest. Very clean! Plenty of space for everyone in your group. Great for family trips as well as friend groups. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking such as utensils, dishes, coffee makers etc. Loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of room for your entire group to hang out. The property itself is very nice for kids since it has the various water features. I noticed people grilling near the pool as well which is a good thing for those that don't want to go out. I also appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach supplies. I would highly suggest renting your beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguard just because if you're using a cart there's no ramp to the beach from the condo. You will need to lift it up stairs and back down. Not a big deal for our group of strong folks, but more handicapped people could have a little issue with that. One more flaw is that it would be nice to have a ground floor public restroom maybe near the elevators or by the lazy river. Other than those few things we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again! Thanks again for such a fantastic place to stay!

This hotel is very nice, it is located on the 13th floor with a beautiful sea view, the room is clean and well equipped, it is a good place to hang out with friends. The luggage rack is in the garage, which is great for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are just outside the building, the water temperature is comfortable and the environment is great. Highly recommend this unit and will book again.

2024 Myrtle Beach Vacation

The views are beautiful! It’s so relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Checkin was very easy and so was checkout. The complex had elevator issues but at least there are two of them. The only downside was that the condo is pretty outdated and needs a few repairs. It could use a good cleaning! But we enjoyed our stay very much.

3 family trip

We had a great stay at this location, and as a mom, with an infant, I appreciate the fact this space had a recliner indoors or with outdoor furniture that provided the ability to rock my baby. We stayed here with two other families and all together had a party of 12. There was enough space and rooms to accommodate all. My husband and I stayed with the baby in the master bedroom and other family was disturbed by our baby getting up throughout the night. As a mom with 3 kids ranging from 1 to 9, and with 2 other families with kids under 6, I highly recommend this property.

Family Fun Vacation

Great location close to Barefoot Landing and only 30 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. The star is the view from the Condo - beautiful ocean view! Walk out of condo directly onto the beach! Entire family from age 7 to 61 enjoyed our vacation! Definitely would book again when in Myrtle Beach!

Great time & great location

This was our family annual outing to Myrtle Beach. We have slowly migrated to North Myrtle and loved the location. The area is laid back but has everything you need and it is only 6 miles north of where we stayed before. So everything is still convenient. Property management was very helpful during our stay. We have a 7 & 8 year old grandchildren and the beach was fantastic for them. Our adult son and daughter's family had enough activities for them as they enjoyed parasailing right there at our beach and there is an Irish pub they enjoyed at the end of the block. Thumbs up.

"Fantastic home, location and property managers were great to work with."

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place for a beach vacation. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The location of the property is incredibly convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!
