Family Vacation

Had a GREATstay in North Myrtle Beach. Condo was clean and spacious with a pool nearby. I would highly suggest this Condo and location.

Winter Months at Barefoot

great location,great neighbours, love Barefoot Resort, had a few issues with the gate around the end of our 3 month stay. Overall we had a great time.

Phenomenal stay

It was such a nice time. The house was very clean. If there was a little issue, it was resolved immediately. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Very nice area, gated community, grounds kept immaculate, safe area.

Very easy check in. You are sent the code to get through the gate and get into condo. Very nice community and resort.

Luxury Condos at Rivercrossing

This condo is a very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated place to stay with family. The neighborhood is great with lots of activities for all to do, some in walking distance and some only a short drive away. We enjoyed our week! The one thing I would tell renters is, bring your own linens, especially towels.

Great stay!

Easy check-in. The unit was clean and inviting. Very quiet area. Neighbors were friendly and inviting. Wished we booked it for 2 months instead of just the one. Would definitely return.

Very nice Myrtle Beach stay

We were very pleased with our experience at Barefoot Resort, rented through VRBO. The property is in excellent condition and in a very nice location. It’s a modern, large and well-equipped condominium, sporting up to date decorations and accoutrements, especially those in the kitchen. We stayed a month in the condo and we would definitely return. Highly recommended. PK

Property is as advertised plus more!

The property was so clean, almost looked brand new! The rooms we super cozy, the living room is spacious and the back deck is so relaxing! The pond has so many turtles, and fish in it that my kids loved to look at everyday. The pool is nice, and big and was heated most nights! The walls are kinda thin, we could hear our neighbors next to us, and the family upstairs as well, but that doesn’t take away from my rating whatsoever. We will FOR SURE be back next year and there after!

This condo was top notch! Everything felt new, fresh, clean and updated. The furnishings were very comfortable and all kitchen items were included. Very nice kitchen appliances. We loved the view of the pond from the screen porch. The condo is in a great location - just a couple miles to shopping, restaurants and many beaches. We will definitely rent this unit again!

first time in SC

great experience with myrtle beach... will come again. villa was absolutely spotless, great location for everything you need. only hiccup was access key at gate which was quickly resolved, the dumpster key wan't functioning on last night, and location of tower pool parking. other than that, i'm booking again at same location and same villa space. thank you carolina palm!!

Beautiful, clean, and updated! Close to beach and store.

Only problem is that if using an apple device, when clicking on the address, it took us to the wrong location to get the key card.

Access card trouble

This property was a really nice stay for us with our 11week old baby. But renters beware- there were issues with communication about the access cards which was less than ideal and an aggravation during our stay. Make sure to plan on only being able to have one gate card. In our case, fortunately, we found during the week that two of the cards did access the gate. The card that was supposed to access the pool never worked and was never replaced when they said they would come. Outside of those issues the property was as listed!

DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN LATE

Do not stay at this place if you are checking in after 5pm. After driving hours to your destination, stopping at the grocery store, arriving to the gate with your family and food to not have access to the property is FRUSTRATING! I was provided with after hours check in information if I had issues which I used and NO ONE answered my calls or messages. We arrived to the property at 7:30pm and the access code that was provided did not work. After calling, messaging and emailing the property manager SEVERAL times a kind citizen saw our frustration and let us in. It wasn’t until 2 pm the next day that the property manager reached out to confirm we entered the property. I can’t stress this enough! If you are arriving after 5pm DO NOT STAY here. I read some other reviews that something similar happened to them, but I thought they would have had the issue resolved. As far as the property it is really nice and in a great location!

(1/2) If they iron out these issues, easy 5 stars. Read.

- Procedure to getting into the condo is broken. We spent 30+ minutes having to trouble with locals until cleaners handed us card. - according to the cleaners, the house wasn’t listed as a check in hence they were late in cleaning the condo. - had to install linens ourselves, we could have been waiting until after 6 o’clock to check in if we had not. At 4 o’clock, the bed sheets still had an hour or so left in the dryer as per cleaning crew. This does not include the blankets. Check in would have been after 8 if blankets needed to be washed by cleaning crew. - because we washed the blankets ourselves, we can say with the utmost confidence unless the cleaning crew is here for 6+ hours there’a no way all the linens are getting 100% clean. The blankets alone took us all away until 11 pm to clean and it will be detailed as follows. We should not have had to do this. Details is as follows: - one normal run on the washer is 1 hour and 36 minutes. With the 2 blankets it already didn’t spin properly and the blankets were soaked hence we had to add another spin and drain cycle which was maybe 2 hours total for one load of blankets in the washer. The dryer is another hour but because it was still damp we had to the throw it in for another 30 minutes. One could argue to put one blanket in a time, but you can see how that would just extend the time washing the linens. We are talking about over 6+ hours just washing linens alone. ( to be continued in different review )
