Beach view was great. Condo was nice. The biggest thing I see that needs to be changed is the no access to the closet in the master bedroom. Need to find a different area to store owners stuff. When renting a condo out the guest should be top priority. It cost too much to rent a condo that you can’t put your clothes in the closet where you sleep.

Great location. Oceanfront view was awesome. There was an issue with the balcony doors but maintenance was dispatched quickly and the doors were fixed. Communication was excellent with host.

Overall an amazing place to stay. So many greats things to say! Unit was very clean, definitely looks excellent like how it does in the pictures! customer service was very helpful and replied fast to any questions. Area around the condo was also very calming and peaceful. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Check-in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I felt could be improved was to put foam on top of some of the mattresses. The bed I slept in was pretty hard. Overall, I would stay there again

Family vacation

We went and stayed with our family. It was a great place to stay at. Close to the beach and big pool for everyone to play in. It was close to everything (stores,parks,dinner). We definitely will be coming back!

COMFORTABLE VENUE FOR FAMILY GATHERING

Very comfortable stay. Need to provide cups for coffee. Plenty of dinnerware, silverware, glasses, bakeware, pots/pans. After requesting fry pans, they were delivered promptly. No closet to hang clothes in master suite.

DON'T DO IT!!!

NASTY is an understatement. From the outside entrance, there was dust, trash and a dead dragonfly. The place had not been cleaned in who knows how long. STAINS on the bed sheets. HAIR EVERY WHERE!!! In and on the beds, all over the floors, inside the showers and on the stained, outdated couches. Sand was in one of the showers. BOTH coffee makers were dingy and dirty. The oven had caked up residue in the bottom. Refrigerator had red liquid spilled and crumbs. The freezer looked to have had water spilled and then froze up. The kitchen table chairs had long strains of hair all over them. The trash can had dried up food and liquid on it. The couch facing the ocean was the worse. RED stain and hair all over it and the other couch. My family had to go to Walmart and buy bed sheets, towels, blankets bleach and Lysol to feel safe. There was no ottoman, and the living room TV appeared to be on top of the coffee table. The cable box remote was found under the stained couch cushion. The balcony had cigarette ashes, sand and dirty chairs. The refrigerator, tv's washer/dryer are new but the couch is old and nasty. We only stayed two nights, and we really tried to enjoy ourselves, but it was very difficult dealing with all this. Save yourself time and money and book with another company. This one is not it!

Property was fine. Furnishings were very dated and upholstery wasn’t clean on dining chairs or sofas. Some of the pots were dirty and looked rusty. Shower curtain liners were dirty with pink moldy stuff. Lighting was very dark. Old dated lamps and lamp shades. Our unit had fruit flies or gnats in kitchen when we arrived. Oh, and we here is this weird barge/dock/ dredge station in ocean in-front of the unit in the ocean for a pipe/erosion prevention project. Really killed the view unfortunately. We had an ok time. But won’t visit north Myrtle beach again.

7A 3night stay

Was was nice and decently clean. Enough room for 7 adults. Only issue was dryer didn't tumble clothes. Didn't realize until night before we were leaving. Other than that we had a good time.

Perfect

Our stay was amazing. When we walked in the first thing you see is the amazing view of the ocean. The place was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful. The closet had beach toys and chairs. The boards are always a plus when you’re at the ocean with children. Amazing restaurants near by. Short drive to the boardwalk. Definitely would come and stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had 4 adults and 3 children and this home was perfect for all of us. There was some minor issue when we arrived but we werent that concern about it. We stayed on the 7th floor end unit. We had a perfect view of the beach. The pool was nice because it never had alot of people in the pool area. most of the time it was just our family every once in awhile there would be another cuple or another family. The beach was easy to access and had showers to rinse off. I recommend staying in the beach club home through vrbo. They were very helpful if we had issues. We had an awesome time..

Home away from home!

What a fantastic place to stay! The property was exactly as advertised and was actually even better in person. Easy parking, easy access to everything, and a great location right on the beach. We loved the easy access to the beach and it’s in a great spot where not a lot of people were. The other guests were all very friendly and the whole property was very clean. We absolutely hope to utilize this property again in the future!

Famiky Time

In a great family area with a secure building, beach front balcony view and access . My husband is 71, Im 65 and we had no problem getting to the beach or pool. Parking right under our building so easy to go out to shops and eat. Just perfect for our family gathering. Kitchen easy to work in, clean.
