Check-in was a very easy process. The night before I received an email & text from the property owners clearly laying out the check in process. Upon check in, I received a text from Kristi asking if the property was clean & if there was anything we needed. The property itself is very spacious. In our group were 4 adults and 2 children ( 7 & 4 ). There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with almost every utensil & kitchen tool you could need for a week’s stay. My parents enjoyed the coffee machine & are considering purchasing one for their home. I personally loved the size of the laundry room. It was the perfect space to store our beach items & the full size washer and dryer were perfect to launder our swimsuits, towels, & clothes. The beds were all very comfortable & we all slept well during our stay. We really enjoyed having 2 balconies for our larger party. The view is unmatched. The bathrooms were an excellent size, but are definitely showing their age. None the less, we were thrilled with 3 bathrooms in one condo. The water pressure & heat of the showers were perfect after a day at the beach. The location & proximity to everything was an amazing perk. The beach & pool are steps away & we appreciated the quickness of the elevators in the complex. Parking was easy & we were always able to find a spot to park in during our stay. It was close to restaurants & grocery stores as well. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to others

Perfect Beach Week

This is the perfect beach condo right on North Myrtle Beach. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Comfy beds and furniture. Great coffee mugs! Just a few steps to the ocean and the views from 2 balconies are spectacular. Host was so responsive and welcoming. Everything you need in terms of restaurants, food shopping, gas is a short drive away. I will stay here again.

Stunning condo with an amazing view

We had two families and their 4 teenagers stay for spring break. Just sitting out on the balcony for morning coffee was spectacular. Owners had beach chairs and sand toys for our use (yes even teenagers like to dig). Condo is big and spacious that with 2 adults and 4 teenagers, we didn’t feel like we didn’t have room to spread out.

Loved this place! Will definitely come back again. The condo was immaculate, and smelled great. Sooo clean! Very well appointed with everything we needed! And the whole property was nice, clean and quiet. Loved it!

Oceanfront was awesome

Started out very well -easy to get in and out from the car. Kitchen was easy to use but many drawers were overloaded - not a big deal but it caused a drawer front to pull loose. We had a very accusatory email from the owner AFTER checkout with numerous damages blamed on our group with which we strongly disagreed. There were a few ceiling plasters needing touchup. from prior work. All that said the UNIT is excellent with updated furnishings -it is a laid out nicely accentuating the views - our only disappointment was the severe tone of the owner’s criticism - which we felt was uncalled for and over-the-top. We still had fun, just left us with a distasteful feeling that an owner should never want to happen.

Amazing stay!

Super location with easy beach access. Unbelievable ocean views, well stocked kitchen - you name it - it’s all here. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the double master concept! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Wonderful family beach trip

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The owners were very responsive to any questions/ issues via text and email and we felt well taken care of. Definitely would stay again!

North Myrtle Beach- 5 star rating

We recently rented this condo and would recommend it for others that are visiting NMB. It was spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The reservation process was easy, and the directions for the arrival process made for a smooth and simple check-in. We enjoyed the balcony views, and the location to the beach and Barefoot Landing area. There was always a parking spot available for our vehicle, and the 2 elevators were clean and operating. This is a great option to consider.

Best beach rental ever!

This was the best beach rental my family and I have stayed in! We all couldnt stop commenting on how great everything was, from the cleanliness, the comfort (the beds were amazing), the view, the location, everything was incredible. Having 2 master bedrooms was great since we traveled with my parents and 2 young kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware, we cooked almost every day! The view was gorgeous, we all drank coffee on the patio every morning and my mom even did pastel drawings at the patio table! It was a very peaceful, serene space. Barefoot Landing was less than 5 min away which was a super nice place to walk around, shop, eat, and had an incredible playground for the kids! Live music was happening every time we went. The access to the beach was very easy and there was always parking available (indoor and outdoor). That was important to us because we had an ocean kayak strapped to the top of our car. We've been to a lot of condo rentals where we couldnt bring our kayak or a packing shell bc the garages were too small. The beach area in front of the condo was amazing because it would never get overly crowded. If you walk down to the right for maybe quarter mile, there's an incredible tidal pool area that my kids loved! The building felt super safe and we loved the available grocery carts in the lobby. It made bringing groceries up super easy! We hope to come back and stay again, we highly recommend staying here! Thank you Kristi and David!

Gorgeous and comfortable

Beautifully decorated, well appointed and extremely comfortable! Especially loved sitting at the high top table on the balcony and enjoying the sun, the balmy breeze and the ocean view. So relaxing! Can't wait to come back!

It's a great place to stay. It is so convenient to shops and restaurants. The only complaint we had were the twin mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time. We hope to stay there next year.

Beautiful location

This was a perfect getaway for us. Not only was the beach just a few steps from the unit, we were within walking distance of attractions. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the back deck while watching the most beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Kristi was extremely helpful during the checkin process and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect Condo for our Family

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I and his mom. Two master suites on opposite sides of the condo gave us plenty of room and privacy. The balcony was such a nice place to sit and read, have lunch, and just listen to the waves. The rest of the condo is very comfortable and homey and decorated beautifully! The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, a short drive to the golf courses, and so close to Barefoot Landing, with tons of restaurants and shops. If we come back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Over the top and charming

From the time we entered the front door it felt very welcoming and was home away from home. The sunrise, sunset, and ocean views were spectacular. Kristi was awesome with prompt responses and accommodating questions that were asked. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the next one.

Not what we expected

Nice condo with fabulous views from balcony. Beautifully decorated but only partially remodeled. Owner did a great job of providing everything for our stay, from spices to towels. Unfortunately, previous renters damaged chairs (which affected seating), towel rack, oven door handle and curtain rod. Leak from condo above damaged ceiling just before our arrival with falling popcorn ceiling pieces. The indoor pool was nearly unusable due to lack of ventilation and extreme heat. Hot tub was broken. Owner and VRBO were contacted regarding issues. The location was prefect for the beach and nearby restaurants.

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family of five had a wonderful week at the beach in this condo. The kitchen was well equipped, beds extremely comfortable and very clean. The balconies were wonderful! One of our kids has autism and we loved how quiet it was inside the unit and uncrowded at the pool area. There were a few small hiccups once we got there but the owner Kristi was extremely responsive and very quick to offer assistance.

Did not disappoint!!!

Condo was very well decorated with a beach theme throughout. It was very clean with air purifiers in all rooms, which helped with my two family members who have allergies. Probably the most stocked condo we have ever stayed at. Kristi and Dave have gone above and beyond to make sure that their guests have a stress free, relaxing stay at their condo. The views from both balconies were priceless!!

Wonderful family getaway!

I have nothing but amazing things to share about this gorgeous condo! My husband and I brought our two daughters (ages 4 and 2) and my husband's parents to the beach for a week, and this condo was the perfect getaway for our family. First and foremost, the condo was spotless upon arrival. This is always extremely important to me, especially with little ones, and this put us at ease immediately. The kitchen is beautifully updated and has everything you'd need for a week at the beach. The living room was comfortable and spacious enough for our group. It was really nice to have three full bathrooms (complete with three tubs - great for kids!), and the laundry room at the front is quite large and a great space to stash beach gear. The highlight of the condo is definitely the gorgeous balconies; we spent most of our time here. The view is truly incredible from both the main balcony as well as on the smaller, private porch. We really appreciated the outdoor dishware and glasses so we could enjoy a meal or a cocktail with a view (just be sure you're watching little ones who like to climb- slightly nerve wracking!). The elevator was great to have and we appreciated both the regular luggage carts and regular carts to help bring everything upstairs (including a week's worth of groceries). Beach access is super easy and the shower station was really nice. We were so impressed with how well the complex's staff kept up with cleanliness, etc. Overall, wonderful experience!

Windy Hill Vacation

We had a great time at Seawinds. The property is in great shape and accurately describe in the listing. The view from the deck is amazing, and the table provides a perfect space to log in a get some work done. Overall, the location is perfect, and we would stay there again.

Amazing location, gorgeous view!

Excellent! The place is exactly as advertised and that balcony - love that balcony. The checkin was a breeze and the owners were fantastic. Everything was spotless when we arrived. All the little touches and decor made our stay feel beachy and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!
