Welcome to Emerald Tide Studio, your breezy and affordable North Myrtle Beach vacation rental studio located at Yacht Club Villas in Barefoot Resort.



With a relaxed Tommy Bahama-inspired feel, this studio is perfect for couples or friends looking for a fun, simple beach getaway with access to some of the best amenities in the area.



Resort Living with a Showstopper Pool

One of the biggest highlights here is the massive 15,000 sq ft saltwater pool and hot tub. It is one of the largest in all of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.



There's also Barefoot Marina Bar and Grill next to the pool. They are known for a great happy hour, live music throughout the week, and excellent casual seafood and sandwiches.



Set right along the Intracoastal Waterway, it’s the perfect place to spend the day soaking up the sun, cooling off, or relaxing with a drink while boats pass by.



Across the Waterway from Barefoot Landing

You’re in one of the most convenient locations on the Grand Strand.

Just across the waterway is Barefoot Landing, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, live music, nightlife, and seasonal fireworks. Whether it’s a casual dinner, a night out, or a little shopping, it’s all right there.



The beach is only about a mile away, and during peak season you can hop on the free shuttle for easy access.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the on-site amenities including waterfront pool, hot tub, and grill. Kindly note this is a 1 room suite. There is no kitchen or living room. While the building is on the waterway, there is not a view of the waterway from this room. ***Please note: North Tower hot tub facilities are currently closed for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 11th floor, Villa 1.

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Grills located by pool.

*No washer/dryer available.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
