Very nice condo! Clean and nicely updated. Great layout worked perfectly for our group. Ocean view is uninhibited with a clear plexiglass balcony. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Mechanical breakdown = rebate/refund?

So though it is not the booking agencies fault / nor the property managers, shouldn't these entities offer a rebate or partial refund when a major amenity is inoperable? Our stay was good. The room and location were fantastic. But when one of the reasons you chose to book at a resort was because of the "lazy river and heated pool", and then they are inoperable, it's sort of a bummer. The end of April has good weather. It was mid 70s all week. But the ocean is still quite chilly. So you book a resort that advertises a lazy river and a heated pool. Because of a faulty pump the lazy river was down during our stay. When we went to use the "heated pool" it was not warm. So the only aquatics we got to enjoy during our beach vacation was one of two hot tubs that were overly crowded most of the time. So again, not the bookee's fault, but when you don't provide what you sold, then maybe a rebate is in order or at the very least a credit toward a future booking.

Good three week visit with the exception of our water being shut off without prior notice at 8 am until 4pm halfway through our stay. Eventually we were told that theHOA decided on this several days earlier but the owners must not have told VRBO/Vacassa. We were left without showers or a pot to flush until we got into a neighbors unit. Vacassa promised credit for the day but this has not happened. Poor management and communications.

The booking and checking in process for easy and problem free. The condo looked nice and clean as listed. Our only issue of one of the toilet handles being broke was fixed asap. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of th ocean from the balcony was breathtaking! Will definitely book again!

Clean room with everything needed. There was a wild party next door so we didn’t get any sleep the first night and the second day there was some construction going on in the building that caused lots of drilling noise and vibration.

We went down for the weekend. Everything was great! If I stayed for a week, I would need to take more kitchen stuff, utensils, etc. It is minimally equipped, but we cook most of the time when we go down for a long stay. Other than that, Everything looked and was awesome!
