The unit itself is fine and pretty much as pictured, although it really could use some work, especially in the bathroom, and the Living room furniture could be more comfortable (the beds were very soft and comfortable) The view from the balcony overlooks the pools and the ocean and was very nice. This unit is listed as "Oceanfront Condo with Lazy River" and the lazy river was a big selling point in choosing this property, however, it was shut down and not operating during our entire stay. I realize this is not the fault of the owner, however, it would have been nice to be notified of this prior to booking. The outdoor common cement walkways used to get to your unit, and the elevators are in need of dire cleaning and paint would do it wonders. It SO dirty looking. It does seem that they are working on some stuff there, so I would hope that cleaning of the common areas would be on their list. The pool areas are beautiful and all pools were clean. The parking garage was very convenient. We didn't have any issues that required us to contact the property manager during our stay, however, Missy did stay in touch to let us know that she was there if we needed anything. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the property to others.
