Perfect for our needs!

This fully equipped co do was perfect for our stay. My husband and our 3 children were comfortable in this space. The kitchen was fully equipped which allowed us to prepare several meals to help reduce costs. The space was small but efficient. Easy beach access directly across the street from the rental and the pool made it incredibly comfortable and efficient to travel back and forth for everything we realized we forgot within minutes of getting to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach weekend with grandsons

My two 19 year old grandsons called and sai “Mimi we would like to spend a weekend with you before we return to school. What do you think? “. What a great chance to have them to myself and go to the beach. I’ve been going to Cherry Grove for 40 years. My first stay here. I will be back with more grandchildren in the future.

Great Weekend Getaway Place

Rented Grove Pointe #103 from Eric and Pamela for this past Memorial Day weekend. Check-in was super easy and the condo was pretty much as advertised. Loved the layout of the rooms and had plenty of space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Only drawback we had was a small problem with some flies that kept coming from somewhere, and did have to clean up a little bit of trash that was behind and under the sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa could use a newer mattress too. No big deal with either of those things, and 1 call to Eric and he was on top of trying to help with the situation. He even came out during a heavy rain to try and solve the problem. Eric also offered to give us future considerations due to some of our inconveniences. So they get top marks for the service they provide! Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would definitely rent from Eric and Pamela again!

Great location and property

We loved this unit and it's easy access to the beach! We really liked that even though we were on the first floor, we weren't level with the road/sidewalks. The pool was a huge perk, and the balconies and outdoor sitting areas were great for enjoying an early morning coffee or late night drink. The living areas inside made it easy to quickly become home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

Would definitely book again!

The condo was comfortable and the location was perfect. I could hear the waves from the front rooms! Easy to get to the more touristy areas further south, but all I wanted this trip was beach and quiet!

Great beach trip!

My wife and I spent 4 nights here recently and overall were very pleased with the condo. The check-in process went smoothly and the electronic door locks worked well, without having to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc., anything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and bathrooms were nice, with plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. We loved the location; right across the street from the beach, with public beach access right there. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. Parking was very convenient. Under the building, and seemed secure with plenty of lighting, and security cameras. One thing that bears mentioning though, is the fact that this is a 1st floor unit, and didn't seem to have much sound insulation in the ceiling. Unfortunately, the guests above us were rather inconsiderate, allowing their 3-4 small children to run and jump for hours on end, directly above us. Annoying to me, but some folks may not mind. Overall though, I would highly recommend this property for a nice beach getaway.

Beautiful updated property with such a close walk to the beach!

Great family rental! Two minute walk to the beach. Great location to shops, the inlets, restaurants, the Pier, and a grocery store. The apartment was perfect for my family! Clean and beautiful updates!

Our Favorite Spot

We have stayed at this condo for many years, but this is the first year it’s been listed with VRBO. We had another great experience, and loved the updates to the kitchen, master bath and TV. This is a great location that feels like home at the beach!
