The property was a great family vacation destination. The beach, the pools and the large balcony made for a great week of family time. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook all meals at the property, and enjoy more time at the beach! The owner communicated well for check-in, check-out, and made sure we knew he was available for any issues or questions.As the owner suggested, we rented the beach chairs and umbrellas through the city. We would highly recommend this, as it was less we needed to bring on our trip and this reserved us a nice spot on the beach right in front of the property.

Property was in great shape and location was what we were looking for. The 16th story gave us a great view but the elevators were very fast so no waiting.The owner went above and beyond in helping us with parking. My wife is disabled and he called for three days getting us a handicapped parking space near the entrance. Chris Alford is an excellent host.

Clean space with nice amenities

We enjoyed our stay this week in this condo. The outside storage closet was very nice as we were able to store our chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The condo is well stocked with silverware, dishes, and basic items for cooking. Very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out. Balcony was very spacious. Parking is provided across the road. We didn’t find the height posted prior to our trip. The clearance is 6 ft 4 inches. Elevators in the garage were down the first couple days of our trip but that is no reflection on the host. Excellent communication with the host and owner direct.

July 4th celebration

For the most part it was a beautiful week and great condo. I would rent again but to be honest there were a few things I didn’t like. The lock to the condo door was very difficult to use, only 2 of us could open the door. You had to put the key in and then pull it out a fraction to make it work. Bedding could be updated and because I have so many allergies I wish it didn’t have carpet in bedrooms. There were five of us and we had plenty of space, we loved having 3 elevators. If you can ever stay during the 4 th of July at this condo the view of all the fireworks was spectacular.

Check-in/Check-out after hours seemed sketchy. Obtained folder from a back alley through an unlocked door marked "Closet". Seems like an access code would have been more appropriate. Went to room. Front door apparently sticks. Nearly had to call someone for assistance before one big push finally opened the door. Room was great. Very clean and updated, just as depicted in the photos. Pool/Hot Tub/ Lazy River all closed. Thought it might be temporary, perhaps a day or two. We thought wrong as they were closed our entire stay. UNACCEPTABLE! Building Managers never even put up a "pool closed" sign for a week. We were required to purchase beach chairs and sit each day in the wind, which was unappealing at our age. We watched as renovations were made to the facilities and were disappointed that both decks needed to be closed simultaneously. We saw no reason why one side could not remain open while the other side was worked on. In frustration, we ended up checking out 5 days early and although we liked the room, will never book at Crescent Shores again.

We really enjoyed the condo, the weather was perfect to enjoy all the amenities outside. The condo was just big enough for our family that always goes down with us. We would definitely go back and stay there.

Was very pleased with the amenities and location access for the hotel. Great place to relax and also there is a bar adjacent to hotel which makes food and drinks accessable without having to drive anywhere. Also a Mini Mart, shop, and ice cream place within walking distance. Perfect location!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we could ever need, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and my family had a wonderful time. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The outdoor space was perfect and the view can’t be beat. We are already talking about going back!!

Spacious and family friendly condo.

We had a wonderful multi generational family vacation. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo afforded space and privacy for everyone. The kid’s aged 3, 5 and 6 had their own TV so did not monopolize the living room TV. The balcony was peaceful and large enough for everyone to enjoy. We liked the outdoor storage closet for the beach wagon and gear. And, we were the first family to use the newly installed propane grill by the pool. Two charcoal grills were also available. Overall great time. Kitchen cabinets could use a deep cleaning a little sticky to the touch. All appliances worked well. Fantastic water pressure in master bath shower.

Perfect

Condo was very roomy and location was perfect! It was very easy for my mother in law and mom to get to. Our whole family enjoyed our week here! The appliances were all really nice and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We did have an issue with the air but they were very quick to get it fixed! We needed handicap parking and was very relieved to know we didnt have to go across the street. We were able to get a parking spot all but 1 day. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Pro and con

This unit felt spacious with plenty of seating for our group. Unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We all were very comfortable in this unit. The children loved the whirlpool at the end of the beach day! Owners were quick to respond to my questions. Ocean views were amazing. This unit is on the 16th floor. When there is high winds it sounds like a wind tunnel and siren coming in the entrance area where two of the bedrooms are located. This was not heard in the master bedroom, dining and living room area. Fortunately we only had 2 nights of high winds. Unfortunately, during our stay only one elevator was in operation out of three and the lazy River was under repair and not working. These were maintenance issues and outside the control of the property owners. Overall, we felt “right at home” in this unit and enjoyed our stay.

Snowbirding and visits with family

We had a wonderful time! Fantastic beach front ocean view with glorious sunrises. On 16th floor we enjoyed seeing so many pelicans flying by at our eye level. Appreciated everything this condo offered, including the washer and dryer, and the indoor community pool.. We highly recommend this condo!
