Check in was easy and communication was good. I even messaged them with some concerns and they came out right away to fix the issues. Unfortunately nothing in the bungalow is up to date. The couch was on bricks and the metal holding the mattress when pulled out is so rusted that it shows on the mattress cover. The bed is uneven and uncomfortable. We did not use the sofa bed at all. The back fenced in yard was unsafe for children to be due to broken rusted chairs piled in the back and the shower outside was so filthy. The hot water in the bungalow shower only stayed hot for 5 minutes. The location is very close to beach access and in a quiet friendly area. This should be advertised for a couple or they should purchase a newer sofa bed.

The only thing that I don't like... I've been seeing the same thing on the four occasions that I've rented right there and I've been in the three bogalows... and they already have to improve the sofas, you can't sleep, it's very deteriorated with mold... horrible dirty with bricks instead of supports of the same…. Everything else is fine... I hope to rent again in September, thank you

The property could have been a bit more clean, however, the stay was as advertised otherwise. Very close walk to the beach. Very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe. My mother and I enjoyed our stay.

We only spent one night at this property because it was so disgustingly NASTY. We moved to another place because it was misrepresented as nice and clean but it wasn't. I can understand being worn but this place was totally dirty and the livingroom furniture just awful, the couch was up on bricks and ripped. The air filter was so dirty that it probably couldn't get air through it. We had to clean it before even spending the night. So the first day of vacation spent cleaning and the second day spent moving. Called the rental agency they answered the first time but after that no answer. Definitely do not rent from them unless you enjoy filth.

The AC air filter was filthy had to go to the store and buy a new one nobody want to breathe dirty air from somebody else they could have sent a little more time cleaning the place but other then that it was fine

Obviously some new improvements to unit, but not there yet. Not really clean, smelled, and floor was very sticky. Furniture was bottom tier Goodwill. Couch was F.O.R.D. (Found On side of Road Dead) and setting on bricks! Code given for access did not work and office phone was not ringing. Had to go to office to get in unit. Otherwise as advertised and acceptable. We did not have high expectations and were overall please.

We have stayed here for the last 4 years and Loved it .But this time it was a mess. Very dirty dog hairs everywhere Couldnt get in when we were promised.If it wasnt for another couple staying in next unit trying to get in also no telling what time someone would have came.

This place was perfect for our vacation. No elevators, one block to the beach, plenty of kitchen, plenty of bathroom, good grill, walk to Boulineau’s, all at a reasonable price.

It was overall a very nice property to stay at. The only thing is that is can be hard trying to get a ahold of someone to talk to if you have any issues. In the end though they do take very good care of you. The house is in a nice spot and has very easy access to the beach.

We loved the location. The unit was spacious enough for us and cute but not very clean. Unit could use some attention. The pictures of the backyard were not accurate at all! It was round down patches of grass at either end and nothing but dirt in the center.

Since this was a blind choice, we found this place to be clean and cozy. Overall, it was a great choice with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was clean and best of all it had a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only thing negative, the backyard could use a little TLC, other than that, if you want a simple vacation and cozy clean living for a stay, Cherry Grove cottage #3 is the place. Looking forward for our next visit! Plus, you can bring your pets

This rental was in a great location clean and don’t have any negatives Except that the bed was up on blocks and didn’t look comfortable but I was wrong it was so comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Our cottage was just what we needed for a relaxing beach/golf weekend. One block away from the beach, but evenings were quiet. Stores & fun restaurants were all walking distance. Property manager was readily available for any questions we had.

closure on screened front door was coming unattached from rotted wood jamb area and back fenced area needed a little work., also grass areas needed to be cut. refrigerator made a lot of noise, could be the ice maker that didn't work.... sounded as if it was running but not operable. the noise it made while you were trying to sleep was worst then it not making ice. I would recommend to friends and family and stay again.

Perfect for what we needed. Great location and the fact they don’t discriminate against big dogs was the real selling point. We had a slight issue with our code for the door not working when we first got there, but we called the property manager and they fixed that issue immediately. The place itself could use a little updating, but all in all it was a great experience. Would stay there again in the future.
