We arrived on Saturday afternoon. Late Saturday night, the people from the condo above us knocked on our door. They had water dripping in their unit. One of our family members had just got out of the shower so we knew right away where the problem was coming from. We told the people below we would not use that shower and to call the property manager in the morning. Maintenance showed up to check it out and said he would get someone there right away to fix it. When he inspected the shower, he noticed it was cracked (something that had happened over time, not caused by us). Came back later on and told us they could not fix it until the next week and was completely RUDE to my nephew. He told him we better not use the shower or we would be charged for all the damages!! Damages we did NOT cause! He threatened him and treated him like it was his fault!! First off, we had made the decision NOT to use it because it would have effected the people below. Second off, he should have said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, please don't use the shower." Instead he threatened us! We paid for 5 bathrooms, not 4. We understand things come up but the way were were spoken to was not how I would speak to paying customer who have been inconvenienced. I emailed the property manager and received no response. The second problem was the door key pad broke during the middle of our stay. They chose not to fix it and made us share a key between 16 people!! The shower curtains were DISGUSTING in most of the bathrooms. The bed in the top floor master bedroom had staining that went down the entire side of the bed. Looked like someone bled all over it. Didn't notice it until removing the sheets before departure. The kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. were not adequate for a 6 bedroom condo full of people.
Location was perfect for our stay. Unit was large.
