Great stay

This is a very nice condo in a quiet location. We did walk to the beach with the included wagon and chairs, about a 15 minute walk with 5 and 7 year olds. The pool in the complex is less than a 5 minute walk. It was great to have a washer and dryer, for our 4 night stay two laundry pods were provided. Two things to mention, no beach/pool towels are provided which we did know ahead of time. I’m sure they are hard to provide because people don’t return them. The other thing my son and daughter in law mentioned is that the upstairs bed frames are noisy in both rooms.

Thanksgiving Stay

My family and I have made coming to the beach after Thanksgiving a tradition. We found this condo and it was perfect b/c it had 2 sets of king size beds since 2 couples were supposed to be coming. It was clean and easy to find. The owner was very nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. We had a great time!!

Great property

We have stayed at Fairway Oaks before and always appreciate the neighborhood feeling instead of a vacation resort feeling. Views of the golf course are awesome. Swimming pool was terrific. Nice 12 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. Everything inside townhouse was great. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning.

Peaceful stay

Lovely quiet location just minutes from the beach with a nice sized pool in the neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a nice relaxing vacation with my family. They also provided a few games, puzzles, and books for those times when the weather wasn't cooperating with our outdoor plans. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation

We loved this property at North Myrtle Beach. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quiet area with a short walk through neighborhoods to the beach. The rental property was clean and well equipped for cooking in the unit but there were also quality restaurants just a short walk or drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

Amazing place in a great location

The entire stay was simply excellent. The house had plenty of space for everyone, including a beautiful outdoor patio that was perfect for coffee and meals. I can’t imagine a better place to spend a week. The beach is within very easy walking distance, and they even have a wagon to hep you pull the chairs (they have those too) and the beach umbrella (they have that too). The entire family loved it. If you get tired of being sandy there is a beautiful pool just a few houses down as well.

Nice little spot.

This is a little hidden gem in Cherry Grove. A little bit of a walk, but very clean and nice on the inside. I also loved that anything you'd need for a beach or pool trip is already there. The inside was very clean and tidy. Everything you would need in the kitchen is already there. The garbage disposal was causing a bad odor and would not turn on. We didn't see maintenance through our stay, but I did get a response. The only small complaint is that you cannot rent golf carts because they are not allowed on the property unless you own a unit. There were many golf carts on premises, so I am not sure why that is an issue. They was mentioned when renting the place, so I was informed, though it would have made this stay a lot better. Nice place. May rent again.

Nice Place, Quiet Area

When we arrived, it hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted Sara who took care of that immediately! The property is spacious and quiet, but close to plenty to do. The beach is about a 8 minute walk and the pool (which opened 5 days before our arrival) was used frequently by my kiddos even though it’s an outdoor pool and chilly. Sara was responsive and friendly to deal with. Would stay again, hopefully next time she’s had luck with good reliable cleaners because that would have made it a 5-star review.

Golf, Beach and Family

5 stars for the ease of access to beach, golf course and many tourist attractions The property setting is beautiful with a view of the golf course and not a parking lot! Which makes it feel like less of a condo. The entire house was furnished nicely from pots/pans to decor. I realize in Myrtle Beach the properties don't get much down time. The unit was clean, but time should be scheduled for a deep clean. Baseboards and windows need some attention as well as a patio clean up to remove the winter debris.
