So I am between houses and wanted to spend some time by the water. So, the place was clean, I made it work, was settling in for a long stay. If all went well, I could manage, it is cozy small but fine. Well, we got a terrible cold snap - and the heat pump broke down! Hey sh-t happens, I'm very reasonable. But management of this condo, Big Fish Rentals, was useless. They sent a maintenance guy who apparently sent for an AC guy. I was out, so I didn't know what was happening. I texted management (they don't do phone calls) and they said they would follow up. Well, it was 50 degrees in the condo and dropping, as the weather was going down to 25 degrees. I sent panicked texts, nothing. Crickets. Eventually the maintenance guy came with a heater. I sent irate texts and all they could say was AC guy coming back next morning, "we apologize for the inconvenience". More than an inconvenience, it could be life threatening to have no heat! Well, AC fixed next day, and then w days later the whole building lost power! I mean what?? Big Fish texted me at 5pm saying they had to cancel my reservation, checkout time is 10am. I mean, I had to find a new place, pack up my entire life's belongings in the dark and cold. And zero mercy from the automated 10am departure. Cold lifeless robots run Big Fish, I cannot stress enough that I'm experiencing a serious glow up getting out of there and getting a different place. Avoid Big Fish properties! And they have the temerity to request a glowingreview!

My wife and I enjoy the condo very much. Julie are host was great. Her communications were always timely, clear, and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo itself was very clean and located close to many restaurants and attractions. Planning on coming back next year.

The room was itself was great. The tile was very slippery my elderly parents slipped quite frequently. The kitchen was quite stocked enough with items that we could have used. And the construction workers woke us up 2 days with the noise. But we love Myrtle Beach and will always come back.

We were impressed by the:Cleanliness, ease of access, balcony with a view of the ocean, well decorated. Overall a very welcoming and home-y feeling. Very clean and as advertised, would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Relaxing Stay

Awesome week escape, loved almost everything about the stay, only negative is the resort shows a gym , unfortunately its only for owners which should be stated. 1st pot of coffee would had been nice, but that was a minor inconvenience. The view, the pools & the hottest hot tub I ever experienced along with a clean condo on the end was bliss !

Last minute stay

Condo is clean with bare essentials. You have a beautiful ocean view and access to pools and hot tubs. Beware, management team uses a fraud prevention software. They ask for copy of license, credit card and selfie holding credit card. Then you get another email asking for more info - photo of your signature on paper matching your card and another selfie holding both license and credit card. This was too much for me. I'll skip this condo in the future.

Perfect size condo

The condo was the perfect size for a person of one or it can accommodate a party of six. It was a great location close to Barefoot Landing where you have a choice of restaurants and shopping. The view from my condo was great, a view of the ocean and the pools on the premises. Plan on a visit there again next year.

North Myrtle getaway

Great condo, oceanfront, location was perfect right across from Barefoot Landing. The place was very clean and had all the amenities in the condo you would need! I will definitely book this place again!

Short little relaxing trip

This is a good balance close enough to the bustle of myrtle Beach, and far away enough for a peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of parking and a nice beach and pool area.

Beach Cove

Excellent area to stay with easy access to many restaurants and activities. Took some great walks in the neighborhood area as well as the beach. Was pretty quiet this time of year but perfect weather. Pool area was convenient and laid out very nicely with multiple pool options. One of the towers was being renovated, with scaffolding along the entire beach side so I’m glad we didn’t have a unit there. Lot of noise during the day but I imagine that will be completed in near future.

It was a construction site

Upon check in we had yo wait and text for our pass code. The elevator was being replaced in both towers. So one elevator for everyone to use in rach tower. The lazy river, indoor pool and another pool area were closed due to repair. Workers carrying wood and tools through the pool area.starting at 8 am loud drilling etc. The beds were comfy....the couch and chair were extremely uncomfortable...my back hurt so badly after 2 days. I loved the area in North myrtle but i will not stay at the beach cove again. We had a nice vacation but we were not at the condo very much...due to noise and uncomfortable furniture. Disappointed

Great place but problematic

The condo is a nice place, in a great location, very clean, but we had some issues the moment we arrived: the heater was not working and the room was at 62 degrees. We contacted maintenance, and while they could not give us an ETA, they did fix it within two hours - which allowed us time to meet the bartender in the bar downstairs! The following day we noticed the pans and plates were dirty, the TVs did not work with the remotes provided, the shower was either extremely hot or scalding hot - your choice, but it could not be cooled down. Very few drinking glasses - none really if you want to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Limited silverware and no dishwasher. I managed to get the TVs working by pulling one off the mount and manually manipulating the controls. The bedroom TV worked with the remote after resetting with the manual controls. On the plus side, maintenance was responsive and probably has many units they were dealing with. The place is nice for two people, and is in a great location.
