THE CONDO
Start your morning with coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the Atlantic, then gather for breakfast at the dining table before heading to the beach. Coastal décor, natural light, and glass balcony doors bring the seaside setting into this bright, modern condo.

The compact layout connects the kitchenette, dining nook, and living area, while a separate bedroom offers two queen beds with white bedding and teal accents. Coastal Delight comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

• Living area: A comfortable gray sofa with coastal cushions, an upholstered reading chair, and an HDTV with premium cable. Free Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected.
• Kitchenette: A 2-burner electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, wine glasses, and dining table. There is no oven.
• Bedroom: Two plush queen beds, room-darkening shades, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets.
• Renovated bathroom: A bathtub/shower combination, double vanity, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.
• Private balcony: A spot for morning coffee and unobstructed ocean sunrise views.
• Everyday comfort: Central air conditioning and heating, plus an iron and hangers.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
You’ll have private access to the entire condo, with a private entrance and keypad self check-in. An elevator serves the building for easier arrival at the third floor.

Your resort wristbands provide access to shared beachfront recreation:
• Direct beach access
• Multiple outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool
• A lazy river and shared hot tubs

The shared pools and hot tubs are available year-round during designated operating hours. Free parking for up to two vehicles is available in the resort’s secure parking garage, and paid washers and dryers are on the P Level.

The fitness center, arcade, and on-site dining areas are reserved for property owners and are not available to guests. The poolside beach bar is open to all guests for made-to-order food and beverages.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. The condo features self check-in, and you will have the entire place to yourselves. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A starter supply of kitchen towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and linens is provided; towels and linens are not replaced by the host during your stay.

Please plan for the following:
• No paper towels, spices, sweeteners, other consumables, coffee, or coffee filters are provided.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but seasonal rentals may be available from lifeguards on the beach.
• Cleaning is available during your stay.
• Extended stays are welcome, with discounts for weekly and monthly bookings.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
