Towers at Barefoot landing

thought the location was good. Unit itself was a nice size but it looked a bit outdated and old and smelled musty. Old and used furniture and bed linens. Needs a total revamp on the inside.

Great condo in a great location.

Place is great, very comfortable for 2 adults and 4 teens. We very much enjoyed our stay. These are not complaints, just suggestions; Was very muggy at check in. We had to run the dehumidifier and all fans 24hrs to get the place right. Kitchen: Most of the cooking utensils/pots/pans are old and beat up. Appliances are older and toaster is not very good. For the price, I would expect a bit more. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap…etc. Least you could do is provide an 8oz bottle of dish soap. I wish the patio furniture was a little nicer.

Poor response

Experienced a plumbing issue. Contacted VRBO via chat. Was referred to 3rd party lister. They were not very communicative. Did not call me back. I provided VRBO information online. No response. Now an automated survey. Still no specific address of my issue.

Lots of potential, but needs some TLC, musty, musty!

The property has a musty smell. The rental company said it was the air conditioner, but if so, it needs to be fixed. There is definitely water somewhere in the structure that is lingering and causing an odor. Rental company isn't very responsive - took six days and 2 phone calls to get a mold test and someone to come out and investigate the odor. The sliding glass door has condensation, so the view to Barefoot Landing is obstructed. Overall, the layout of the condo is very spacious, just needs some TLC especially in the front entrance, front door, and kitchen areas.

Overall nice and would like to think I’d stay in the unit again. Listed below are some concerns:

Booking was easy. Check-in easy and close to the property. Upon arrival, we found dirty floors(crumbs throughout the condo, and if you walk without shoes… your feet will be black), the lint catcher in dryer was shabbily fixed (be careful getting the lint out or you may slice your finger on the screen), kitchen cabinets low to ground they must be bathroom height if you go up to the sink watch your toes (toe killers-messed up a fresh pedicure), no trash can in the bathroom (second master), cloudy sliding glass door in the living room and no oven mitts only an old baby bib in the drawer :-/ Location as usual excellent! Love Barefoot! View of marina, pool, inner coastal and Barefoot was awesome! The pool area was clean and nice. The pool not so much lots of debris and a dead frog floating at the bottom.
