Our stay here was amazing! The hosts were super nice and answered any and all questions. We loved the space! It had enough room for our family and friends. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed and we loved playing games in the living room/dining room every night. I definitely want to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was clean and comfy. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week- especially the kitchen even included spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage containers,cooking supplies, both a kureg and regular coffee pot, cleaning supplies- just wonderfully well stocked. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of room for our crew of six. Check in and out were super easy and contact with Lisa and Scott was available when we needed. Questions were answered quickly. Access to the beach was great. Parking was plentiful. The pool and lazy river were delightful. Quick access to good restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Great vacation

The place was very clean and welcoming. Scott and Lisa were amazing! They were always available if needed. My husband and I went with our kids and grandkids and loved it! The ocean was right there and the pools were very clean and nice, couldn’t keep grandkids out of them. I would definitely go back to Scott and Lisa’s place. We have gone to Myrtle beach our whole life and this is by far the best one so far.

Peace

This peaceful retreat was perfect for our family’s Spring Break! The condo is beautiful and is exactly as described. The deck views can not be beat! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the towels and linens were of a higher quality than what you normally find in a rental. The owners provide all of the information you need to have a great stay and were great to work with before and during our stay. Check in and check out was super easy! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo & Beach

This condo has everything you need for your stay. Beaches were beautiful, grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and lazy river. There were plenty of games to keep the younger ones entertained when we were inside. Parking was convenient for handicap individuals. Scott and Lisa were great to work with and were quickly available for problems that may arise. I would definitely rent again. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect

The condo was perfect for our Labor Day weekend. Communication was on point from the moment we reserved until we checked out. Condo and overall facility was clean and organized. Checkin/checkout was seamless. If you’re going to North Myrtle you need to look into this condo. I will keep it on my list for the future for sure!

Excellent vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and quiet, and the owners communicated very well. Check in was smooth and the unit had a lot of amenities. We also loved that beach was not crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Convenient

The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. We loved the large balcony! The owners, who were wonderful to work with, made check in a breeze and genuinely wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. There was a grounds keeper on the premises at all times keeping everything safe and in order. The elevators are fast and readily available. The location was convenient for anywhere that we wanted to go. We hope to stay here again!

evaluation of property

The property was well equipped. One of the drawers in the kitchen was not working but we didn't use it. My daughter and I are not used to cooking on an electric stove so we found that challenging. The pool was different. I am not one who likes carpet in the apartments that we rent but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. We did not use the beach equipment provided since we brought our own but I am sure that would make it easier in packing. The condo was decorated well. The communication with the owners was exceptional.

Great location, Great property!

My family of 6 (4 kids between 3 -10 years) stayed here for our spring break. The condo was as described and fit all our needs. We enjoyed the beach decor and loved being able to enjoy morning coffee, lunch and evening chats on the balcony. Very easy access to beach, loved being able to rinse off at the outdoor rise stations. Kids loved the pools - thankfully they were heated through the end of our stay (April 15). Great location! Truly enjoyed Barefoot Landing and the ease of getting there. Also easy access to Myrtle Beach for a short morning trip. Great restaurants nearby and great access to grocery shopping for being able to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo. Great communication with host. Easy check-in and check-out process. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay!

How much we enjoyed our trip

The condo had all the comforts of home and made us feel like that’s where we were! The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach was relaxing and enjoyable! We enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub and spent time there daily. We were in close proximity to shopping, great restaurants and fun things to do! The owners were great to deal with and we highly recommend them and their condo! 😊

Perfect property!

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location

The North Shore Villas is a perfect size condo building with all the amenities of the high rise monsters but small enough to relax. Lisa and Scott have a beautiful condo obviously maintained with love. We had three couples and everyone had plenty of space.

Just as described!

Great stay at North Shore Villas! Owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo and appreciated the new flooring and carpet!!! North Shore Villas property is kept very clean and we felt safe there. Beach area was quiet. We would definitely recommend this unit to others!
