My wife and I stayed here in early November 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. In fact, this is one place where it’s better in person than the photos on the website. Some aspects of the condo we particularly enjoyed:* Clean and tastefully decorated - Everything about the place was clean, and the decorating was well done. Homey, not institutional.* Building and facilities well maintained - The building and facilities are very well kept up and the management is present and active. * Truly stunning views and sounds of the ocean - Even on the 10th floor, you still can sit at the dining room table that is back from the floor-to- ceiling windows and look right out at the water. The sunrises are gorgeous. So nice to go to sleep to the sounds of the waves.* Kitchen is well equipped - My wife likes to cook scratch meals when we vacation. The appliances are in good shape, and she had the utensils, pots/pans she needed.* Three Bedroom/Three baths - Was really nice to have a full bath with every bedroom. * North Myrtle Beach Location - Out of the commercial overload of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to get there quickly if needed. The beach itself is great for walking, and is kept very clean even in the off-season.* Parking garage - The parking garage dedicated to this building is directly across the street and there’s an enclosed walkway between them. Very handy.

Thanksgiving 2024 visit

Great location, very convenient

Long weekend stay with the (adult) family including one in a power wheelchair. The only difficulty was getting wheelchair in and out to balcony and it wasn't insurmountable, just a bit difficult because of a 2 inch threshold. Great location, plenty of parking, convenient.

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay this week. Can’t beat the view (and I researched for weeks before booking). Condo has everything you need. Communication was great with owners - always quick to reply. Neighborhood was great with lots to do within a short distance. Anything we had questions about or concerns were handled promptly. Floors have been updated since pics so no carpet - which was a plus for us! FYI - you have to enter code to get the door to lock on way out of condo (I may have missed this in the info but something to keep in mind or you’re leaving the place unlocked and then locking upon return). The only thing I would do to make this a 5 star rating is to upgrade the mattress in master - the other beds were comfy. It’s probably just my preference vs someone else’s, however.

Great space, place and location

The view and ocean breeze from the balcony was perfect. 2nd best part was 3 beds and 3 baths. This gave each couple privacy. Would have loved the 2nd master to have a bigger bed. The beds were confortable. The living room and kitchen were a great size for 5 or 6 people. Love the location...close to everything we needed. Great restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

The property was so clean and spacious. I loved the extra touches like the plugs/extension cords by both sides of the bed. The condo included everything I needed to do light cooking. Very convenient to have 4 parking spaces and the option to use the parking garage or the lot next to it. The pool and surrounding areas were nicely maintained. The property owners were pleasant and attentive, easy to get in touch with. Thank you for renting to us!

Awesome Beach front Condo!

We were very pleased with all aspects of this condo. Location is great! The amenities at the complex are very well maintained. Good communication and prompt replies from the owner. The parking garage made parking easy and convenient.

Ocean front, beautiful condo!

Three bedrooms, three baths, everyone had their own space. Walkway to the parking garage was perfect with small children. Would recommend for every comfort you would want. Clean, spacious!

Excellent Stay

Clean, good location, easy to deal with owners. Beach is nice and quiet here, yet condo is close to a lot of great attractions. The condo is much larger than others we have stayed at in recent years, and having 3 bathrooms is a great bonus.
