Meh

I definitely would not stay here again. The property is mediocre at best. It is SEVERELY outdated and uncared for. There was rust in the bedroom around the windows, in the kitchen on the fridge and stove, and in the bathroom on the shower rod. The ONLY thing good is access to the beach. That is all! My family paid way to much for this stay…. Def wasn’t worth it.

Girls trip

Me and another one of my girlfriends went down for a girls trip. This property was great as it had plenty of amenities and was an easy walk to the beach. Our room was clean and we had one complaint, but it was taken care of very promptly. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property. It was a perfect size for two, but with the Murphy bed you could easily add another person. Loved the easy access to parking!

Not Everything We Needed

The room was clean, the beds and seating were comfortable, and the view was great. The couch and rug were stained, and the door knobs on the closets were dingy. There was a dishwasher, but there wasn't any soap for it. There was dish washing liquid for hand washing, but there wasn't a dish cloth, only a dish towel. There weren't enough towels, and we had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to get more. The parking deck is across the street from the hotel. There weren't any available luggage carts, so we had to carry all our luggage and stuff through the parking deck, across the street, and up to our room. Even with a luggage cart, you have to go out of your way to get across the street to the hotel because they don't have ramps to get across the median. There are loading/unloading parking spaces close to the hotel, but they were all full when we got there and when we were leaving. There are some handicap parking spaces close to the hotel as well.

Beautiful view

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and professional! The room is nice and the bed was very comfortable! The view is amazing!!! It is near everything and there's plenty of things to do for the whole family! We did experience low water pressure in the shower. Could use some TLC in the hallway as you enter the unit and some fresh paint inside! Also, there wasn't a broom to sweep any messes. However these are all minor issues! Didn't see any bugs and it was clean! I recommend this place and we would stay again!

the Property was Great!!! the room on the other hand was not to good ... the shower head did not work the remote in the bedroom did not work had to go buy a frying pan could not make Breakfast for my Grandson and all of us ... I opened the door under the sink where they kept the pots and kitchen untseals ... the garbage disposal had been leaking for at least a few months and MOLD was growing around the lip of the ring of the despisal and the flooring of the cabinet was slick , Stunk And Black Mold growing The reason I did not let the maintenance come in is because I do not want a strange person in our room with us or my grandbaby.... This should have been addressed along time ago if someone had stayed there before us should have smelled the Stinch went threw a whole can Of lysol that I had to go buy as well .... Not happy had to put all untinsels and pots in the the dish washer 3 times to get the smell off of them , I do belive I should at least my cleaning service back I have pictures of all this mess if you would like to see them I will be waiting to hear from you not Worth the Hard earn Money we had Saved to take or Granson to his First beach Trip !!!!!!

Nice but needs more updates!

It was ok for my husband and I. Needed some lightbulbs and the remote in the bedroom did not work. If music is being played below at the Fish Shack below you can really hear it. Could use updates.

Good overall

Check in was good personnel were very nice. Room floor was not really clean socks picked up a lot of dirt and sand. Tub was higher than normal since it was a soaking tub so not easy for us older folks to get in and out of (no handles to hold on to). Wonderful view which is the most important!!

We had a good time

We liked our unit, perfect size for 2. View was amazing, the beds were comfortable, we slept well.. Furniture was also comfortable. The food at restaraunts was very good, servers were accommodating. We did not use the pools, the beach was amazing. My one issue, was the cleanliness of the unit. There were dirty hand marks on all the doors, especially the bathroom.. They were clearly not sanitized. I cleaned them myself, which made our stay more comfortable.. There is a spill on the woodwork in the bedroom,, behind the door.. shouldn't be missed by housekeeping. I wish there was a broom to sweep up sand, I would normally clean up before we leave. We are used to renting units with everything needed, we did leave the next renters coffee filters. We cooked one morning, steam caused the smoke detector to go off, we didn't cook again. Which was fine, we were on vacation. We look forward to a return, next time with friends.

Seems the housekeeping cleaning the rooms before new parties check in, could do quite a bit better. Front desk needs to speak clearly and loud enough to hear, the woman that checked us in was not happy to be there and was like a robot reading a script that I couldn’t hear. Overpriced. Overall, it was a nice place being right on the beach.

Everything in one place

Amazing resort. Very friendly staff, nice condo, beautiful view. I feel a deep cleaning is necessary, as there was crust around the kitchen faucet handle and door handles.
