Stay at bay watch

Loved having restaurant and bar was way access also the pool and laundry as well.The rooms were nice but the one closest door was broken and needed a bar in-the bathtub,very slippery was afraid of falling

Great views

It was lovely. The only problem we had was getting into our condo... Every time. The key code would only work once in a while and we had to enter it over and over again. We weren't the only ones. Other people were having the same problem. But the condi was clean and very nice. We had a wonderful time.

Great location with wonderful views

Overall, the property needs some TLC. Appreciated the parking garage directly across from the resort. Upon entering our room, we were immediately drawn to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was much smaller than we expected, but clean. Make sure you pack/purchase everything needed for cooking, down to the salt & pepper shakers, as nothing is provided. Beachy decor was cute, but the sofa smelled like urine on one end of it. LOVED the tall beach chairs on the balcony! On day 2 of our 3 day stay, after spending some time at the beach, we came up to room to shower before going out for dinner & noticed our A/C wasn't cooling. Switched the settings & even turned it off for several minutes, but it had just quit working. Told the front desk, who sent up maintainence to look at it. I received a phone call from the front desk telling us that the A/C had frozen up & we were to leave it off overnight. Thankfully the overnight temperatures were cooler, so we didn't need A/C. The next morning, tried turning it back on, but it still wasn't working. My husband tried calling front desk, but kept getting busy signal, so he went down to tell them it wasn't working. We were getting ready to go down to spend the day on the beach when an HVAC company showed up at our door. They diagnosed it quickly, but had to leave to pick up a new fan to replace the one that quit working & because they weren't with the resort, they couldn't give them a key for access to our room if we were out. We were told by resort staff that we had to wait in our room until they returned to fix it. That day it was warmer than the previous day, so by 11am, the humidity & room temp were getting a bit uncomfortable & unfortunately this was our last full day to relax on the beach before checking out the next morning. Thankfully, it only took a couple of hours & they got it fixed. We never received any type of apology or anything from the hotel staff though. One other thing that's worth mentioning, the resort seems to pride itself on being a non-smoking property, but 2 of our 3 nights there, we couldn't spend a long time on our balcony around dinner time as there were people near us smoking on their balconies. When we checked out the next morning, there was only 1 lady at the counter who was helping another person & after waiting several minutes, we decided to just drop our room keys in the drop box & leave. We enjoyed the beach & the area, but doubtful we stay at this property again.

Unhappy with stay!!!

Our room was semi clean, however the entire property was very out dated, dirty, lots of broken things, and people were constantly smoking and vaping. Our room keys NEVER worked and after getting new cards 5 times, they replaced the key card reader, and they worked for an hour then went right back to not working, so we literally stayed locked out of our room the way home time. The unit we stayed in was very small unlike the pictures and description. My husband here's the place as soon as we arrived and I convinced him to please stay. The pools were always murky and not clean. The entire property was old and dirty and unkept. We ended up leaving a day early because we were miserable. I would love if we could possible get a partial refund.

This is a great spot! We really enjoyed our stay!! We had everything we needed and it is quiet in the unit considering all the people. The lazy river is fun and pools were great! The beach is right after the pools. I would stay here again!
