Condo was spacious, clean and stocked with the necessities in the kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 10 with room for a few more. Resort was beautiful and view from the balcony was amazing!

What a wonderful stay we had! The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely stunning - anytime of time, sunrise to sunset. We especially loved the 2nd-floor location, which gave us easy access to the beach and pool while still feeling private and peaceful. The attached parking garage made things super convenient, allowing us to park on the same level and walk right to our vehicle. The pool complex was fantastic and offered something for all ages. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.If we could make one small suggestion, it would be to add a bit more seating in the bedrooms and a few additional picture placements to make the space even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience-we truly couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to return!

Pros:The property itself is very nice. Lots of pools and several pool options for the kids. The beach itself is a little crowded directly in front of hotel but tons of room Down towards inlet. The room itself is spacious and has great view. Cons:The cleaning was awful. Kitchen sink was full of hair upon arrival. Many of the towels had hair in them and required quick rewash. Hose in mast bath shower had black mold growing on it. Cockroach crawled across ceiling in living room on our last night. if you have kids, there are loose floor outlets so be careful and don’t let them near bed/couches as never cleaned under. Alerted the property manager as fyi on day two via email which was ignored (as checkin packet said call/text) but we had already cleaned. He was very defensive where I had hoped he would just acknowledge and ask for details to make better for future guest. Check in/out is not at the hotel but down the road. I would absolutely stay at this property again, but would avoid itrip annd this room and book direct or another host.

Wonderful location. View great! Liked that we could easily do steps to beach and pools. Check in was hard and slow. If we understood parking areas it could have been better. Leaving was better. The facility was great. Plenty large enough for all. Could have been cleaned better in kitchen. when things were missing or not working, we got quick responses.

My 11 family members loved our 2nd floor condo’s location (close to ocean and walk-way to the beach), the pools, and all the amenities of the resort. We called maintenance for a couple small items and they were promptly fixed. Your check-in and check-out process was easy to follow. We hope to stay there again and create more family memories.

The location and view are outstanding! It is great for families of multiple age groups. The resort is great entertainment, beach is few steps away. The apartment, Itself, could use a little minor maintenance and more detailed cleaning.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation here. The pictures don't show the new comfy sectional that was added recently. The floors also appeared to be newly installed. The resort made me feel like I was in the Caribbean with multiple pools and beach access. The location of the condo to the parking was very nice as well. There are other posts that mention mold in the washer. It is a front loading washer and those get a ring of scum on the door that doesn't wash off easily if people leave it closed. The inside of the washer was perfectly clean. It worked fine and the clothes didn't smell or anything coming out. This condo is huge and was more than what our family needed. This trip surpassed my expectations! I would come again for sure.

August 17 2024 stay

Very nice unit with a great location (beach front, 2nd floor so easy to get up and down.) When not at the beach or doing other activities (Barefoot Landing is down the street), we spent a decent amount of time in the pool area which had a swim up bar. Overall the unit was clean but we needed to spend time cleaning the kitchen - just wasn’t wiped down well. We ended up buying cleaning supplies to do that and to clean pans. We had a rental property for apprx 10 years and will say that the kitchen was not as well supplied as we were expecting. While we did play a number of games and were out on adventures at other times, two other areas could use some updating. #1 on that list is a larger smart TV. I know I am spoiled at our house but I just expect to be able to reach all of our normal channels (Netflix, Prime, Max, etc….) that are on any smart TV. No such luck with the LG unit that is in the family room. #2 - the exterior deck furniture has a couple of chairs that are ripped or broken. The overhang provides a nice amount of shade after 11am but few options to sit and enjoy the view. Personally I would have loved a hammock to just sit out there and listen to the waves and read a book or be on my iPad - especially late at night or early in the morning. Again - overall - the unit is great and it allowed enough space for our group of 8.

Nice updates!

Truly enjoyed our annual Mother's Day beach trip. Spacious, clean and quiet. Convenient location--corner unit beside stairs for easy beach access downstairs and pizza/bar upstairs (pizza is some of the best I've had), close to shopping outlets and grocery store. Simple checking in and out. This was our second year staying here and definitely not our last. I wanted to be sure to post a more recent review to address the stained furniture some reviews have mentioned (furniture was perfect when we stayed in May last year). This year, the couches, bar stools, and dining chairs were new. We immediately noticed little differences in decor when we walked in and everything looks great! The host is also very responsive. We left a laptop computer and once notified via text, the staff quickly hopped into action to be sure it was delivered back to our home in a timely fashion.

Good location, horrible lighting, bath tubs and furniture

The location of the condo was good, easy access to beach, great neighborhood and the size of the condo was good for the amount of people in our family. With that being said, the furniture was completely disgusting, full of stains and so nasty we would not sit on them. The showers/tubs have rust spots in the them, the lighting in the bathrooms is horrible and there was black mold covering the inside of the washing machine. All things the owner must update if they wish to have people continue to rent this space.

Not at all clean. Disappointed

View was fantastic, pool was fantastic. For a luxury condo we were highly disappointed. The property was not clean at all. The dishes, the floor, the mirrors everything was disgusting. We went and bought cleaning supplies and wasted our own time cleaning. The couches are absolutely disgusting with stains. We had febressed them and didn't even want to sit on them. I cant even believe something of that nature was even in that place. Theres mold growing in washer. Fan and light fixture was broke in room. (We did call maintenance. Said unit needs replaced. Never came back). All drains in showers are backed up. You literally have 10 minutes to shower or they will over flow. No kitchen amenities. (No dish towels, dish rack, pot holders) These should be givens. Had to go buy them for the week while cooking. We've stayed in many luxury condos on resorts. This by far was the worst experience. We payed to much money to have to spend our own time cleaning this place just to feel somewhat comfortable to stay.

Dirty and bed bugs

Upon arrival there was A LOT of hair in the toilet, on the balcony chairs and in a bed along with crumbs and sand on the bed under the sheets. Lightbulbs out in rooms. Old food left in cabinets. Broken pots and pans no actual utensils like pots and pans that were in good condition. I have plenty of pics of the bed bugs in our bed. Woke up to being bitten all over and didn’t understand why. Next day woke up and a bed bug was right there at my arm. Sent them an insanely high quality tech, and they claim they could not see it. I have saved pics for reference had to throw away some blankets and pillows that we took for fear of bringing back bedbugs. Do NOT stay here. It’s not worth what you pay for AT ALL!
