Overall the property was very good. Need to invest in a Keurig coffee maker, I would bet 90% of renters want one. Also need a smart TV that renters can stream their apps. You also need some cotton blankets, it was rather chilly & a light weight cotton blanket would be nice. Overall enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great Getaway Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great long weekend with old friends - 3 couples in all.The condo was clean and comfortable with a great view either from the balcony or from the living room/kitchen.On a very nice stretch of beach and we also enjoyed the hot tub since it was pretty cool the weekend we were there. Rental staff was nice. Only minor complaint was the lack of cooking supplies-very limited pots and pans-but we managed. Ice maker didn't seem to be working but we didn't even bother calling about it, just grabbed a bag while we were out.

Great location! Great building! Def not the best unit we have stayed in at windy hill.Parking was easy and safeFound toys and crumbs on dirty living room furniture Beds were hard and uncomfortable … sheets were scratchy.1 roll of toilet paper, no coffee filters to get you going etc….Good unit but not great :)

Great Location

This was a beautiful property in a well maintained building. The space was big enough for our party of 10, and the view was amazing!

Wonderful Vacation with Handicapped Mother

We were able to really enjoy ourselves in this property. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had ample room. It was really nice to bring my mother as well who is in a wheelchair/walker and have her be able to enjoy the beach as well. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in Windy Hill

Great beach front condo with amazing views and lovely decor. We enjoyed the lazy river, pool and hottub and the condo itself was perfect. Only tiny thing was the freezer wouldn't close but we removed the drawer inside and then it worked perfectly.

Nice Location

All in all the place was nice. The location and beachfront view were pleasant. The floors could have been a little cleaner, but being by the beach I'm sure it's hard to keep the sand/dirt out. But those small things definitely didn't outweigh the good. So I would recommend this place to someone else.

Great beach stay

The condo is in an excellent location. We easily parked and got to the unit. We were greeted by a clean smell and an equally clean unit. The condo was perfect: size, location, clean and a great use of space. If we had any negative, it would be the hard mattresses and noisy ceiling fans. But that said, we will 100% be back and recommend it to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can say it was clean. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The furniture is old, dated and worn. If you like to cook, bring your own cookware, crock pot, etc. The draperies need dry cleaned and the bathtub in the bathroom to the right needs a good cleaning, there’s mold around the back of it.The beds were comfortable enough. we enjoyed our stay regardless.

Beds and pillows were extremely old and uncomfortable

All of the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The beds were the same way, uncomfortable and it seemed like they were very old and worn and had not been replaced in a very long time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 1004 Windy Hill Dunes. The condo was clean, roomy, and right next to the beach. The seating in the living area and on the deck was adequate and the views from the condo were great. This condo , however, needs a new refrigerator. The freezer kept our ice cream like soft- serve and the water and ice dispensers in the outside didn’t work. Also the pillows in the bedrooms were very flat and the beds were hard.

was a nice stay but need to supply more items

the lock on the door was hard to lock. didn't have any trash bags only what was in the trash container. didn't have cleaning supplies like dish soap.when travling and you take a plane you can't travel with these items.
