"We stay here everytime we come to Iowa City because of the service. Ben & Kayla in the Bar are the absolute best !! They always remember us and they are so friendly. They make the best drinks and the service is Incredible. I also love Wenjin in the mornings - she makes the very best coffees and also is so outgoing and friendly !! Love everyone at the Hyatt."

"Friendly staff clean room smelled nice and great breakfast. The only thing i did not like was only w towels in the room but the maids gave us some. And they charge you 20 dollars a night for coincidentals and i still havent seen mybrefund on that. We left the room.spotless but its a charge above and beyond your room rate. Also they were taking the hot tub out. "
