"We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a fun-filled vacation. All the essentials are provided—you just need to bring your own groceries, seasonings, and paper plates. The apartment was immaculately clean and smelled incredibly fresh upon arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and would 100% stay here again!"

"My wife and I love the accommodations as well as the resort amenities! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay without having to buy much other than food. We loved being right over the marina to watch the boats come in and with lobster season kicking off on the 6th there was a lot of activity and people in the area. The newly renovated pool area was nice to cool off in and only a short walk. The marina restaurant and pool cabana was run by the same local business restaurant...

The common amenities were extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the docks (with fish cleaning station) for fishing and amazing sunsets, grills, pool, sauna and clubhouse daily. "Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again. "

"Blue Studio was the perfect spot for our short stay to explore the Everglades, Biscayne, and Key West! The location was perfect and we especially loved having a parking spot specific to us. The check in instructions were simple and easy to follow and the check out couldn't have been easier! Communication was quick and ready to answer any questions. We would definitely stat here again!"

"Apt suite number 2 was very clean just as pictured good water pressure had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to good ac never did find the washer and dryer only bad thing was the trash and old kitchen stuff from the the from captain craigs it’s self cigarette butts and beer cans laying on the ground and walkways but other then that nice place to stay and captain craigs food is really good and fair priced "

"The perfect place to easily travel between Everglades and Biscayne NP. The house was cute and fully stocked with whatever you made need. "

"We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. "
