Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! "Our overnight experience was wonderful. The location provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The animals were so sweet and welcoming. Numerous thoughtful amenities were provided, including charming exterior lighting, that enhanced the cabin's surroundings. There were several comfortable relaxation areas available for guests too.
