"It was very safe and very quiet. Shopping experience was excellent. Plenty of dining options in vicinity. Transportation very good and close to the beach and many other convience stores. Parking allocated for guests and close to private entry to guesthouse. The guest house owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Anton and Bernise that you made our stay very special! "The small apartment was perfect for one person. It had virtually everything i needed. It was relatively clean; just the ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.It included so many things for the beach scene with chairs, umbrella. There was a barking dog but I called the host and she addressed it immediately. Good service. The ocean is across the street!!! I had a small tropical garden to sit in. And you could hear the wave from the apartment. There are good eateries less than 2 blocks away. I would...

"Location, location - this property definitely has it. Our host Denise was very accommodating, accessible and promptly responded to any of our needs. Property is less than a 5 minute walk to one of Boca's many beautiful beaches and parks. Down the street are local restaurants and shoppes and downtown Boca is a short drive or walk away. The property was very clean throughout and included everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Gas grill and outside sitting area a bonus, we used frequently....

It took a while to have someone deliver clean sheets, etc.; but ALL was GOOD, the cleaning crew did a great job the next day, and Management was super responsive and accommodating.
