"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. But what I a lovely surprise bean I went inside clean friendly staff with great clean spacious rooms with equipped with tea, coffee biscuits, towels in the bathroom with shampoo soap and breakfast was very good and plenty of it and served from 06:30 so time to eat it and get to work so 5 stars all round"

Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "
