Family Wedding

We came for a family wedding. Many other wedding guests were staying in hotels about 1/2 an hour away. We had communications with the were looking for something closer with more space than a hotel room. I researched rentals and was very happy to find Cozy Cottage, which suited our needs exactly. We communicated with the property managers several times before, during and after our stay and they were always very responsive and helpful. When we arrived the check-in was very smooth . And the Cottage was even better than expected, nicely decorated and equipped with all the conveniences that make life easy. We found a grocery store and restaurants that made deliveries. The wedding venue was under 10 minutes away.

Cozy Cottage - Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

This beautifully appointed, cozy, and warm cottage was the perfect setting for our long weekend getaway. We were just a few blocks from the beach, wonderful restaurants, and our favorite Ledo Pizza! The cottage had a conveniently fenced yard for our pups to frolic in while we enjoyed the deck and screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the decor. The hosts were very nice, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would stay here again.

Lovely Home

Family Vacation

This is a great place with enough room for a family of four and the house is cute and cozy without feeling cramped. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to and from downtown and an easy drive to DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. I would recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Lovely Property

This is a great house with everything you could want...deck with grill, newly appointed kitchen. Short walk to the bay and boardwalk, restaurants, gift shops, bakery. Have stayed here several times and toy with considering other properties close by but.... this one always wins me back.

G’s Cizy Cottage

The place was clean and furnished nicely. Everything we needed to be comfortable. All minor issues we promptly corrected. Good location with a nice walk to downtown and boardwalk. Also easy access to farmers market. The grille on back porch is nice touch. We had a nice stay!

Family vacation

Great property and location

I’ve rented this property repeatedly and will continue. It’s well cared for, clean, in a beautiful picturesque village so close to DC and Baltimore but a world apart in charm and friendliness. I am so glad I found this sweet spot and that the owners are willing to share.

Nicely remodeled & comfortable

It's an attractive and comfortable cottage that's in a quiet yet accessible location. A little more attention to details (e.g., carpets, cob webs and screened porch) by the cleaning crew will go a long way to making it perfect.

Fall Get Away

I have rented this property multiple times over the past 3 years and will continue to do so. The house is well appointed and maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and in easy walking distance to the bay and boardwalk. The owners respond almost instantly to any concerns (we had a propane malfunction this trip (our fault) but they were on it! I really enjoy this quaint city and lovely house. Feels like a home away from home.
