"Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here. "

"the idea of the rental is amazing and it is truly beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, and we were the only ones there. Unfortunately the property didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while. There were dead cockroaches in the airbnb and in the game room. There was cobwebs all over the airbnb as well as the game room and the gym. The office area room is not actually able to be used like it displays in the photos online. Says you have access to it with the $35 a day and you do not. We wanted to play...

"We didn't use any of the properties amenities. We just used the unit. Everything was functional in the unit. Just a little dated. Overall, very happy with this property! Owner sent all necessary information. There was no need to contact them. Everything went very smoothly."
