"Great little community, the owners and the property manager were great! There was a small issue with cleanliness, which I wasn't really complaining about, but we had a slow drain and they came and took care of it all immediately. I would go out there again if i go to Orlando. Adam is a short move guy. "

"I only checked in and I stayed there for about 10 minutes and left to another hotel. First of all, the house was way toooo small comparing to the pictures. Second, the place was not very clean there were mosquitoes inside and on the windows. There was no bed, it was only a full size mattress. The outside furniture was different from the picture. In the pictures, the neighbors were not shown as how close as they are in reality. There was coffee and sugar but it didn’t seem to be clean. We also...

"We only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable tiny house, and it was on a lake which was so peaceful and serene. It was a close proximity to the Amway Stadium so it was a reasonable option to stay in Orlando for a Concert"

"The house is in a great area for visiting springs, the zoo, Mt. Dora, etc. we found it to be centrally located for all we wanted to do while in the area. The house could use a good scrub inside but it was clean enough to be comfortable. Overall a great spot. "

"We wanted to experience what it would be like to stay in a tiny home so I came across this tiny house community and I’m glad I did. We went for my Wife’s Birthday and Valentin's. The host Rich and Adam help make this a great themed surprise each day with the packages they offer. "

"Difficult climbing the metal rails to the loft bed. Other option was a 2 in foam mattress on a flat board couch. The glass garage type door that is mentioned is not curtained and very sketchy at nightime."
