"En las habitaciones porque estuve en dos me tuvieron que ofrecer otra porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el de la otra parecido parece filtros sucios y mucho ruido de los mismos honestamente es una pena porque el hotel eata muy bonito, aunque si caro pero deben de mejorar los aires acondionado para lo que cobran."

"Some of the staff were snooty/snobby or aloof. The cleaning gal was helpful and friendly. Food choices are limited; some items were not brought after being requested or took quite a while such as wine. Food was a bit pricey for the portions with a lot costing considerably extra! The Room was nice but lighting in living Rm. area was very low with just a table lamp for illumination."

"My stay at the Plaza was excellent. However, I made the regrettable mistake of dining at the restaurant found within the hotel called The Plaza Grill and Tavern where I was treated so poorly that instead of extending my stay for a second night I left early. The Plaza Hotel would do well to completely disassociate itself from the Plaza Grill and Tavern. In fact, I will not return to the Plaza Hotel so long as a certain employee named Brian at the Plaza Grill and Tavern is still employed there....

"I ose to return to this hotel because a few years ago I had a wonderful experience, especially with the cleanliness and overall standards. Unfortunately, this recent stay was very disappointing and did not reflect the same quality.
When we arrived, our reservation was not ready and the front desk needed to contact the booking site to resolve the issue. After traveling, having to sit and wait while this was sorted out was frustrating.

"Clean room was quiet. Gives that hostel feel common areas and rooms with keys. Like the snacks they have on hand a lot are free but they have some for sale as well. "
